Bugs Bunny -- page 3

BUGS BUNNY Toot-a-Tune

Among the rarest items in my collection is this 1940s (or at the latest, early 1950s) plastic figural flute of Bugs Bunny.  It was named the Bugs Bunny Toot-a-Tune by U.S. Plastic Company when it made this toy.  It features a 9.25" plastic Bugs Bunny with curled vinyl ears, a white shirt collar, a black bowtie, and a white suit coat standing with his arms by his sides.  In back of his head, there is a spout that serves as the Toot-a-Tune's mouthpiece.  On front, all of Bugs' coat buttons are hollowed-out holes that can be covered in the same manner that a flute can be played, so as to change the tone of the notes played.  The item itself is in NM+ condition.  It comes with 90% of its original box, which has great graphics on all four sides.
