DAFFY DUCK -- Film Comment magazine
This is the December,
1985 issue of Film Comment magazine, featuring a sexy-posing Daffy Duck
amidst a desert scene on its cover. Inside of the magazine, there is a
feature-length article entitled Warnervana / The Boys of Termite
Terrace, about the animators and storywriters for the early Warner Brothers
cartoons. This magazine is in NM+ condition.

DAFFY DUCK Dell Four Color comic #536
This is Dell Four Color
comic #536 featuring Daffy Duck, originally released in 1954 at a cost of 10
cents. The cover shows Elmer Fudd as a server at an ice cream
fountain who looks in shock at Daffy Duck, who licks his lips from all of the
strawberry ice cream that he has gotten on himself by crawling into the blue ice
cream freezer. This comic is in VG- to VG condition, with all interior
pages being present. Several of them have edge wear and a few have spots
of unknown origin. The cover has moderate wear and crinkling, as does the
spine.

DAFFY DUCK wall hook
This is a 3"
plastic adhesive wall hook showing Daffy Duck's smiling face. His orange
bill sticks out and is curved upward, enabling something like a lightweight
jacket to be hung from it. Daffy is in mint condition and he remains
sealed inside of his original packaging. He was manufactured by Applause
in 1989 along with Wile E Coyote and Road Runner counterparts.

DAFFY DUCK PVC figure -- cool pose
This is a 3" PVC
figure of Daffy Duck, whose manufacturer's label identifies him as Duffy Duck.
He is shown wearing a turquoise ballcap sideways on his head, along with
triangular purple sunglasses. Daffy is shown looking back over his left
shoulder with both hands balled in fists. This item was manufactured in
Germany by Bully in 2000. It is hand painted and in mint condition.

DAFFY DUCK vinyl refrigerator magnet
This is a
1.75x1.25" vinyl refrigerator magnet showing Daffy Duck doing some type of
high-stepping jig. He is in EX+ condition and was manufactured in 1979 (no
maker indicated) as part of an 18-item Looney Tunes refrigerator magnet set.

DAFFY DUCK plastic tumbler
This is a 3.75"
white plastic tumbler showing Daffy Duck leaning toward his left side, obviously
vexed. The reverse side of the tumbler shows Bugs Bunny clad in his 50th
birthday formal wear, inside of a red Looney Tunes tunnel banner. The cup
was manufactured as part of a four-item Looney Tunes character set that was
released by Ziploc in 1989 as a promotional giveaway. Daffy is in mint
condition.

DAFFY DUCK plastic cup
This is a 5.75"
cream-colored plastic cup showing Daffy Duck as a vaudevillian who is strutting
along. He holds his yellow straw hat in his extended left hand and his red
cane underneath his right arm. Daffy also wears a blue jacket and a red
bowtie. The cup has minor surface wear, leaving it in EX+ condition.
It was released in 1979 as part of a six-item Pepsi Collector Series of Looney
Tunes character cups.

postcard showing Daffy Duck screaming, cursing angry . . . at the traffic in New
Jersey. This postcard is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured in
1995 by Lawson Mardon Postcard as part of its larger Looney Tunes Collection of
postcards.

DAFFY DUCK record
This is a yellow
plastic story record featuring Daffy Duck in the story entitled The Daffy
Duck Song. The record comes with its original jacket/sleeve, which
shows Daffy leaning forward and toward his left, amidst a grassy field of
cattails. The record is in EX+ condition. The sleeve has
considerable crinkling and some staining on front, leaving it in Fair condition.
This item was manufactured by Golden Records for Western Publishing sometime
during the 1960s.

This is a 7" 33
1/3 RPM story record featuring Daffy Duck in the story entitled Hunger Pains.
The front of the cardboard jacket/sleeve shows Daffy Duck standing on a theatre
stage, surrounded by green curtains with orange roping, as he holds a
steaming-hot pie. The back shows a wide variety of popular cartoon
characters from the 1960s. This item is in EX+ condition. It was
manufactured by Peter Pan Industries in 1976.

DAFFY DUCK jointed figure
This is a 3.25"
jointed plastic figure of Daffy Duck, who has arms, legs, and head. He
almost appears as a youngster, with his arms outstretched from his sides.
This item has no copyright information to indicate who made it or when it was
manufactured, although it is probably a 1960s piece. It has minor paint
loss on Daffy's bill, leaving it in near mint condition overall.

This is a 10.25"
wooden wall hanging showing Daffy Duck standing, leaning forward slightly, with
both arms folded on his chest. This item was manufactured in 1994 along
with Bugs Bunny and Sylvester counterparts. It was an exclusive Warner
Brothers Studio Store product ad it is in virtually perfect condition.

DAFFY DUCK popcorn plastic wall hanging
This is a 21"
popcorn plastic wall hanging of Daffy Duck, who is shown in his 1930s
appearance, with his left index finger to his lower bill and his right hand
raised in the air. This item is in NM+ condition. It dates to the
1970s and was manufactured along with numerous other Looney Tunes character
popcorn plastic wall hangings. There is no indication anywhere on this
item as to who made it.

This item was manufactured by Applause in 1994 as part of a larger set of Looney
Tunes character pedestal figures.

DAFFY DUCK scissors
Ya just gotta
love bizarro items like this one! It is a 4x6.75" child’s scissors, pink
in color, made to resemble a bird, with the metallic cutters being the bird’s
bill. The cardboard header card shows an older version of Daffy Duck. This item,
which is in mint, never-used condition, was manufactured by Larami in 1973.
Originally, it sold for $0.49.

DAFFY DUCK animation cell from The Ducktators
Animation
lovers, here’s a pretty incredible find: It is an original color cel of Daffy
Duck, who holds an olive green basket with three baby Daffy Ducks inside of it,
as he himself wears white cloth rabbit ears. The image of Daffy is nearly
3.5" tall, and the item is in virtually perfect condition. It came from the
1944 cartoon The Ducktators. I got this item as a complete steal, for
$15, at a toy show in the Baltimore area in 2010.

DAFFY DUCK skier musical
This is a
6" plastic holiday decoration of Daffy Duck, who is shown in mid-air atop
green-and-red striped skis. When the metallic key underneath Daffy’s glittery,
snowy base is wound up, the snowy surface rotates and Daffy twirls as the
musical plays White Christmas. Daffy is in mint condition and he comes
with his original box, which has fun, colorful graphics on all sides.
Originally, this item sold for $19.99. It was manufactured by Matrix Industries
in 1997.

DAFFY DUCK star glass
This is a
6" tapered glass bearing two images of Daffy Duck. One shows his face
inside of a red star. The other shows him standing with both arms bent akimbo on
his hips, saying You’re Disspicable!! This item was distributed in 1980
as part of a set of seven glasses that were offered as promotional giveaways in
Arby’s fast food restaurants. This one is in mint condition.

This is a
6" yellow plastic 45rpm record featuring The Daffy Duck Song, as
performed by The Sandpipers and Mitchell Miller and Orchestra. The front of the
jacket has colorful graphics showing Daffy Duck standing on a grassy area. This
item was manufactured by Western Printing and Lithographing and Bestway
Products, and it dates to the 1960s. The record itself is in EX+ condition and
the sleeve is in NM- condition overall.

This is a
6.25" yellow plastic 45rpm record featuring Mel Blanc, The Sandpipers, and
Mitch Miller Orchestra. The front of the jacket shows Daffy Duck celebrating a
March birthday, and the back shows Ollie Owl doing the same for April. The
record is in virtually perfect condition, and the jacket is in near mint
condition. This item dates to the 1960s and was manufactured by Western Printing
and Lithographing and Bestway Products.

DAFFY DUCK cowboy soaky
This is a
7.25" vinyl soaky showing Daffy Duck wearing a yellow towel around his neck
as he stands in a waist-high pile of grey soap suds. Behind him, is the bar of
soap that presumably generated the suds. This item is in near mint condition,
with a few minor surface marks on it being its only flaw. Daffy was manufactured
by Minnetonka Brands sometime during the 1990s.

This is a box of 50
5x3.75" flash cards featuring an upside-down Daffy Duck (with his tongue
sticking out) and Bugs Bunny in front of an orange Looney Tunes tunnel.
The cards are to be used for helping children learn their addition basics.
This item is in mint, unused condition. It was manufactured by the United
States Playing Card Company in 1997 along with three other sets of similar cards
designed to help children learn their subtraction, multiplication, and division
basics.

DAFFY DUCK & BUGS BUNNY flocked figures
This is a pair of
flocked figures of Daffy Duck (4.25" tall) and Bugs Bunny (6.25"
tall), who are dressed as if playing Cowboys and Indians. Daffy wears a
red, white, and blue headdress with a red feather; Bugs wears a red-and-white
neckerchief, a blue vest, and a black belt with a large gold buckle. They
are in mint, unused condition and remain sealed inside of their original
clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on their original cardboard mounting card.
The mounting card has colorful graphics showing Bugs Bunny giving a thumbs-up
sign, Daffy Duck standing with both arms akimbo on the hips, Tweety angrily
running, Sylvester as a convict, and Wile E Coyote and Road Runner sharing a
stage coach together. Daffy and Bugs were manufactured by Liberty Bell in
1989 along with several other Looney Tunes character western-themed flocked
figure sets.

This is an 18"
quilted cloth pillow showing Daffy Duck leaning out of the basket / gondola of a
hot-air balloon, with Bugs Bunny resting comfortably behind him. The
pillow is undamaged and in NM+ condition. It was manufactured by Rainbow
Pillows sometime during the late 1980s.

DAFFY DUCK & ELMER FUDD rolling toy
This is a
1.75x2.5" plastic rolling toy showing Daffy Duck's smiling face as the
oversized hood ornament on a blue Volkswagen "Bug" and hunter Elmer
Fudd popping out of the trunk with his silver shotgun in hand. When placed
on a hard, smooth surface, this toy rolls along just fine. The toy was
manufactured in 1990 and was named Daffy Duck Dragster by the
manufacturer, who also made three other rolling toy cars in this set.
Daffy and Elmer are in mint condition and there is no indication anywhere on the
item as to who made it.

DAFFY DUCK & ELMER FUDD interaction glass
This is a 6.25"
interaction glass with a white Pepsi logo, from the 1976 Pepsi Collector Series
of Looney Tunes character glasses. This one features bandleader Daffy Duck
wearing a red and yellow uniform, playing a white clarinet that thwacks fellow
marching band member and drummer Elmer Fudd in the back of the head while he
marches. This glass is in nearly perfect condition, although there is an
original factory overlay of additional red paint on Elmer's face.

DAFFY DUCK & PEPE LePEW placemat
This is a 10.5x16"
vinyl placemat showing Daffy Duck as a portrait photographer who is taking a
photograph of gentleman Pepe LePew. Daffy's cooling oscillating fan blows
Pepe's scent around the studio, forcing Daffy to put a wooden clothes pin on his
nose. On the wall beside him, there are portraits of several other Looney
Tunes characters. This item is in mint condition. It was
manufactured in 1976 as part of a larger set of Pepsi Looney Tunes character
placemats.

DAFFY DUCK & PORKY PIG framed picture
This is an 8x10"
framed picture of Daffy Duck as a surfer riding a surfboard on a large ocean
wave that is about to crash down upon beachgoer Porky Pig. Daffy wears
multi-colored swimming trunks and is shown atop a yellow surfboard with a red
stripe. Porky, with a frightened expression on his face, lifts his sun
glasses as he sits in his wooden folding chair, legs crossed, beside his red
boom box. This item is in mint condition and was made in 1994 (no
manufacturer indicated).

DAFFY DUCK & PORKY PIG promotional card
This is a
4.25x5.5" promotional card showing Daffy Duck as a haggardly passenger in a
car being driven by a cool-looking Porky Pig. both of them wear rumpled
fedoras, suit jackets, white business shirts, and neckties. The reverse
side of this item indicates that the image was taken from the 1956 animated
cartoon Rocket Squad, which was a spoof of the long-running series Dragnet.
This item was a promotional mailer sent to Looney Tunes collectors by the Warner
Brothers Studio Stores animation art galleries in 1994. It is in nearly
perfect condition.

DAFFY DUCK & PORKY PIG ceramic ornament molds
This very rare item is a
pair of very heavy white ceramic ornament molds measuring approximately
7.5" in height. The molds will yield ornaments showing Daffy Duck
dangling by his feet, clapping slyly and Porky Pig as a miner, complete with a
pick axe and pith helmet. The molds appear never to have been used and are
in mint condition. Best of all, they come with their original box, which
has a colorful paper appliqué showing what the completed ornaments should look
like. This item was manufactured by Duncan Ceramic Products in 1975.

DAFFY DUCK & PORKY PIG musical snowdome
This is a 6"
musical snowdome showing Daffy Duck and Porky Pig sleighriding together.
They appear on a mound of snow with an evergreen tree behind them. Over
the years, the water inside of the snowdome has evaporated, and this, in turn,
has caused the musical mechanism not to function anymore. It was
manufactured by the Good Company in 1989 along with four other Looney Tunes
character musical snowdomes. When the key underneath the wooden base is
wound up, the musical is supposed to play Jingle Bells.

This is a 4" grape
jelly jar / juice glass showing Daffy Duck sliding hand-first to steal a base as
an angry-looking Porky Pig tries to field the baseball that would put Daffy out.
This glass is in mint condition. It was manufactured in 1994 as glass #4
in a set of 12 produced by Welch's.

This is Gold Key comic
#77 from the Daffy Duck and the Road Runner series, originally released
in August of 1972 at a cost of 15 cents. The cover shows Daffy Duck as a
relaxed cowboy sitting atop an ice block saddle as he rides the Road Runner in
the hot desert. This item is in EX+ condition, with a few light stains on
the cover being the item's only flaw. All interior pages are present and
in nice condition.

This is Gold Key comic
#79 from the Daffy Duck and the Road Runner series, originally released
in December of 1972 at a cost of 15 cents. The cover shows Daffy Duck
holding a pink tennis racket with a green handle, looking concerned as he
watches the Road Runner choke on a tennis ball that he (Daffy) accidentally
lobbed into Road Runner's throat. This item is in EX condition, with spine
and cover wear being its only flaws. The original 16-page Kenner Fun
Catalog is present.

confusion as Daffy Duck stands on yellow stilts that have Road Runner feet on
bottom. This comic is in EX- condition, with spine and corner wear on the
cover being the item's principal flaws. All interior pages are present and
in nice condition.

Duck as an Indian brave who is casually leaning against a pink-and-green teepee
that has Road Runner inside of it. Behind them, Wile E Coyote runs away
into the mountains. This comic is in EX to EX+ condition, with all of the
interior pages being present and in nice condition. The cover has light
wear and some minor creasing, and the spine shows some use-related wear.

happily overhead. This comic is in Good condition, with light surface
water staining and some light mildew stains throughout the comic.

Brockway-style interaction glass with a white Pepsi logo. It features

sandwich. This glass was manufactured in 1976 as part of a larger Looney
Tunes character collection of Pepsi Collector Series glasses. It is in
mint condition.

and is shown waving with his right hand. The puzzle is in mint condition
and it remains sealed inside of its original packaging. It was
manufactured in 1985 by Playskool as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes
character wooden frame tray puzzles. Originally, this item sold for $3.99
at K & K Toys.
