sitting
This
is a 4.5" vinyl squeak toy of Donald Duck, who is shown sitting with his heels joined
in front of him as he happily rests his hands on the tops of both feet. Donald is wearing
his usual blue sailor’s suit, blue sailor’s cap with a black ribbon on it, and a
red bowtie. This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably
dates to the later 1960s or 1970s. The manufacturer is not indicated anywhere on the item.
When squeezed, Donald gives off a gentle squeaking sound. The vinyl is completely
undamaged. There are several small spots of paint wear on this item, primarily on the cap.
Overall, though, it is in EX to EX+ condition and is a nice example of this
less-commonly-found Donald Duck squeak toy.

cream pitcher
This is a
6.25" heavy-duty ceramic cream pitcher showing Donald Duck with an
oversized head, standing, smiling, and looking off to his left side. The
item is off-white in color with pastel blue, black, and gold accents. The
item was manufactured by Leeds sometime during the 1950s. It is incised
with a tall, skinny DONALD DUCK lettering, beneath which is also an
incised Walt Disney. Donald is in EX+ to NM- condition overall,
with some wear on his back, where it appears that his previous owner cleaned him
too much and wore through some of the ceramic glaze. Also worth
noting: On the underside of the spout of the cream pitcher, there are two
areas beneath the glaze where the ceramic appears not to have been
smoothed properly during the manufacturing process. On the left side of
Donald's temple, there is also one small spot where the manufacturer did not
glaze the pastel blue portion. This description makes Donald sound much
worse than he is. Overall, he is in nice condition and he displays well;
but we always believe in full disclosure!

jiggler
This
is a 4.75" rubber jiggler figure of Donald Duck, who is shown to be a bright, light
blue color with a darker, bright blue sailor's shirt with red buttons and bowtie.
Donald retains his complete springy hanging string, enabling him to bounce away whenever
he is suspended from something like a rear-view mirror, peg, etc. This item bears
the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and was manufactured sometime during the
1960s in all likelihood. The rubber is completely undamaged on this item and paint
wear is minimal. Donald does have two red marks on his right sleeve/wrist that
appear to be stray paint from the factory. Whether or not they can be removed, we do not
know because we didn't try to remove them, for fear of damaging the paint on this
otherwise very nice item.

This is a 3.75" lightweight blown-plastic
Christmas ornament showing Donald Duck popping out of the top of a snow-capped
brick chimney. The ornament is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured
by Kurt Adler and was produced sometime during the later 1970s or earlier
1980s. Donald bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking.

This is a
4.25" plastic squeak toy named a Pip Squeek toy by the manufacturer, Marx,
when it made it in 1970. It shows Donald Duck wearing a blue sailor's hat
and yellowish-green shoes. His body is blue in color and is shaped like an
accordion. Donald has human-like arms and hands. To make him squeak,
the user must bop him on top of the head. This squeak toy is in mint,
unused condition and it has never been removed from its original box.
Originally, Donald was manufactured along with Mickey Mouse, Pinocchio, and
Goofy counterparts.

This is a 2.5"
plastic Christmas ornament showing Donald Duck sitting on a green sled with red
runners. He wears a Santa Claus outfit and holds a large candy cane over
his left shoulder while holding onto a white gift box with red polka dots and
yellow ribbons on it between his legs. This item is undamaged and in no
worse than near mint condition, with a few small specks of minor paint loss
being its only flaw. Donald bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright
marking and he probably dates to the 1970s. There is no indication
anywhere on this item as to who made it.

How items like this survive the
years, we'll never know! This is a 1972 plastic wall walker featuring
Donald Duck. Donald is 3.5" tall and is encased in a plastic ladder
of sorts that enables him to "walk" down any hard, flat vertical
surface. Best of all, this item is in mint condition and is still sealed
inside of its original clear plastic blisterpack AND is still mounted inside of
its original 9.5x8.25" cardboard mounting card. The back of the card
provides illustrations of the toy in action, along with instructions how to use
it. The mounting card shows minor wear from being handled over the years,
but is completely undamaged and intact, as is the blisterpack. This item
was manufactured by Kenner in association with General Mills. The item
itself is pretty rare and finding it sealed, unused like this is a true rarity!

This beautiful item
is a 6.75x7" ceramic planter showing Donald Duck standing beside a wooden
fence. Donald is dressed as a cowboy, complete with a pastel yellow cowboy
hat, a raspberry-colored neckerchief, a green shirt, a brown gun belt, and
yellow boots. This item was manufactured during the 1950s by Leeds along
with numerous other Walt Disney cartoon character figures, banks, and
planters. Donald is incised Donald Duck (c) Walt Disney on the
underside of the planter. This item has no damage and two small unglazed
areas (seemingly originally unglazed at the factory at the time of manufacture)
on the front bottom of the grass (visible in the photograph accompanying this
description). Overall, this item is in NM+ condition.

This is a 4.5"
jointed flocked plastic figure of Donald Duck, who is shown wearing his usual
blue sailor’s outfit. He is in mint condition and, best of all, comes with his
original box with the clear-plastic covering. The sides of the box have colorful
graphics showing Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse looking out of windows. This item
was manufactured in 1987 by Applause along with other Walt Disney cartoon
characters.

This
is a vinyl Donald Duck bank that stands 6" tall. Although Donald's left arm is
fixed in place, the extended right arm is jointed at the shoulder. The coin slot is
located on the back of Donald's head. There is a peach-colored coin trap on the
bottom of the bank that, despite its tight fit, probably is not the original. This
item was manufactured during the 1960s or 1970s and bears the Walt Disney Productions
marking. The maker is unknown. If the coin trap does happen to be the
original, then this item is in NM+ condition overall; if it is not, the item's overall
condition probably merits a grading of EX+.

wreath with both hands. This item is in mint condition. It bears the Walt

he plays his brown guitar. He stands on a green "grassy" area
that is adorned by red and blue golf tee-like flowers/mushrooms. When the
metallic base is wound up, the musical revolves and plays My Way.
Both the rotation and musical mechanisms work just fine on this item.
Donald was manufactured in Italy by Anri in 1971. He is in nearly perfect
condition.

This
hard vinyl Donald Duck bank was manufactured during the 1970s by Animal Toys Plus, Inc.
It is a mechanical bank, with Donald's right hand having an indentation in it for
the coin and his arm being jointed so as to allow Donald to place the coin directly into
the side of his lavender piggy bank with the bright red stars on it (YUCK!!). The
original gold foil "Donald Duck" label is clean and intact on the front of the
bank's red base, and the original stopper is present too. Other than some minor
paint wear along the very bottom perimeter of the bank's base, this item is in great
shape--NM overall. It stands 9" tall.

in China marking suggests that he is a 1980s or 1990s piece. This item

boat. The boat is hollowed out and that is where the small plant could be
planted or the desktop items could be stored. This item bears the Walt

During
the 1970s, a number of Walt Disney cartoon character bisque figurines were manufactured
with sports-related themes. (We have several others in stock currently, too.)
This is one of those figurines, featuring Donald Duck sitting haplessly in a golf course's
water trap with his golf club partially immersed in the water by his right side and his
golf ball atop the lily pad on his head. This item is 3" tall and 3"
long. Donald is shown wearing a turquoise shirt with a blue collar. This
figurine bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking on its underside and, thus,
probably dates to the 1970s. It is in mint condition.

This
hand puppet of Donald Duck was manufactured during the 1970s and distributed at Walt
Disney World. It has a vinyl head and a cotton cloth figural body with Donald's name
written in red lettering on the bottom of the puppet. The original tag is present
and undamaged, although it has faded considerably (but is still readable). This item
is 10.25" tall. Donald's cloth could use a good soaking/cleaning.
Something like Woolite would probably do wonders for its appearance, but we'll leave that
to the item's new owner. The paint on the vinyl part of this hand puppet is in very
nice shape, with a few minor spots of light paint wear.

From the bottom of
the brown barrel to the top of Donald Duck's bald head, this item is 4.5"
tall. It is a plastic pop-up squeak toy that gives off a shrill squeaking
sound when operating. The lid to the barrel can be shut, pushing Donald
inside of the barrel. Then thee is a small button on the front of the
barrel that activates the squeaking mechanism and forces the barrel open,
causing Donald to pop up. This item was manufactured by Kohner Brothers
sometime during the 1960s or 1970s as part of a larger set of Walt Disney
cartoon character pop-up squeak toys. This one is undamaged and in NM+
condition.

holding a pair of black binoculars in his right hand. He looks downward
and slightly off toward his left side, and is shown wearing his usual blue
sailor's outfit with the red bowtie. When squeezed, this item gives off a
hearty squeaking sound. Donald was manufactured by Dell sometime during
the 1960s. He has no damage and very little wear. Overall, he is in
no worse than near mint condition . . . quite nice!

that, Donald is in NM- condition, with a few small spots of minor paint loss
being his only other flaws. He was manufactured in England by Combex and

smiling face. He has a stuffed felt turquoise hat and glued=on felt facial

1950s or 1960s. It retains its original manufacturer's label, which is
sewn securely into Donald's left cheek. This item bears the Walt Disney

sits on an oval base made to resemble cracked pond ice. Donald wears a
blue cap, a blue shirt/sweater, a green muffler, and grey skates held onto his
feet with lavender spats. This figurine is in virtually perfect
condition. It was manufactured in 1987 as part of a large set of Walt
Disney cartoon character figurines, and there is no indication anywhere on the
item as to who made it.

Rubber squeak toy
This is a
10.75" pliable rubber squeak toy of Donald Duck, who is shown standing and
looking downward and off toward his left side. When squeezed, Donald gives
off a loud, hearty squeaking sound. He was manufactured by Sun Rubber
sometime during the 1950s or earlier 1960s. Donald is free of damage but
he does have a few small spots of minor paint loss scattered about.
Overall, he is in EX+ to NM- condition. For some reason, he photographed a
bit on the lighter side, and his blue is more of a medium-to-dark blue than it
appears to be in the photograph.

Although it does
not look like a "traditional" nodder, this 5.5" tall plastic
Donald Duck really is a nodder, complete with bobbing head. It shows
Donald with his left arm bent on his hip and his right arm waving as he looks
off toward his right. Donald is wearing his usual blue sailor's suit and
he has a yellow bowtie. The nodding mechanism works perfectly on this
item. This item was manufactured by Irwin and it bears the Walt Disney
Productions copyright marking, indicative of an item that was manufactured
during the 1960s or earlier 1970s. Donald has no damage and only minor
paint loss, primarily on the back of his sailor's hat. Overall, he is in
no worse than near mint condition.

This
is a small hard vinyl bank of Donald Duck, who is shown sitting with his legs bowed as he
holds his lavender piggy bank in his arms. The bank is 4.75" tall. The
coin slot is located on the back of Donald's head and a black plastic stopper is present
and securely in place on the underside of the bank. This item's copyright
information does not indicate who made the bank. I does bear the Walt Disney
Productions copyright marking, indicating that it was made sometime during the 1960s or
1970s in all likelihood. The bank is free of damage and paint wear is extremely
minimal. Donald's white areas have yellowed slightly over the years, but even they
still appear to be off-white (rather than bright white) in color. Overall, this bank
is in near mint condition--quite nice for a less-commonly-found Donald Duck bank.
