SYLVESTER latex squeak toy

This is a 6.5" latex squeak toy showing Sylvester holding his belly with his left hand and holding his right arm bent upward by his side. The item has never been removed from its original packaging, but is only in VG condition at this time, with age-related yellowing and some hardening and cracking on the surface of the latex. The cardboard header card has colorful graphics showing a horizontal red Looney Tunes banner with Tweety, Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, and Tasmanian Devil poking through it. Sylvester was manufactured by Vo-Toys in 1992 along with several other Looney Tunes character dog toys. Originally, this item sold for $5.99 in Ames.

SYLVESTER squeak toy

This is a 5.5" vinyl squeak toy showing Sylvester at his conniving finest . . . hunched forward, grinning evilly, as he clasps his hands together beneath his chin. The item is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original packaging. The cardboard header card has colorful graphics showing a red horizontal Looney Tunes tunnel with Tweety, Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, and Tasmanian Devil poking through it. Sylvester was manufactured by Vo-Toys in 1995 along with several other Looney Tunes character dog toys.

SYLVESTER mirror

Believe it or not, this 10.75x8.75" wood framed mirror of Sylvester was part of the first group of four Looney Tunes items that I ever purchased . . . one of the items that got my collection going. It shows Sylvester loping along and waving with his right hand, tongue sticking out of the left side of his mouth. The mirror is in virtually perfect condition. It was manufactured in 1981 along with numerous other Looney Tunes character mirrors. Sylvester sold for $4.95 in the gift shops of the Great America amusement park.

This is a 5.75" cream-colored plastic cup showing Sylvester standing with his right arm upwardly bent and his right index finger raised, as if to make a point. This cup was released in 1979 as part of a six-item Pepsi Collector Series set of Looney Tunes character cups. Sylvester is in NM+ condition.

This is a 13x15" lightweight parachute cloth storage pack showing Sylvester's head. He has a Velcro fastener in back to keep the pack closed. This item was manufactured in 1994 along with a Bugs Bunny counterpart, but the copyright information on the manufacturer's label does not indicate who made this item. Sylvester is in NM+ condition.

This is a 22" lightweight parachute cloth pillow of Sylvester, who is shown from the chin upward. He is in mint condition and retains his original manufacturer's label, which is also in nice condition. Sylvester was manufactured in 1994 by Play-by-Play along with Bugs Bunny, Tasmanian Devil, and Tweety counterparts.

SYLVESTER key chain

This is a 3.25" enameled metal key chain showing Sylvester's face inside of a square. His tongue sticks out of the left side of his mouth, and this actually adds a bit of dimension to the lower edge of the key chain. This item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured by Pinnacle Designs along with a Tweety counterpart in 1992.

SYLVESTER Christmas stocking

This is a 30" plush Christmas stocking showing Sylvester from the mid-chest upward as he pokes through the top of a red-and-white Christmas stocking. He wears a Santa Claus hat on his head, along with a holly sprig. The stocking is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured in 1995 along with Bugs Bunny and Tweety counterparts. Sylvester's manufacturer's label is faded, making it nearly impossible to read the name of the manufacturer.

SYLVESTER stamper

This is a 2.25" PVC stamper of Sylvester, who has a red plastic base. He is shown clutching onto the yellow handlebars of a Six Flags amusement park ride, smiling with excitement. This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured during the mid-1990s as part of a set that also included Tweety, Tasmanian Devil, Wile E Coyote, and Bugs Bunny. Sylvester originally sold in the Six Flags amusement park gift shops at a cost of $3.99.

SYLVESTER chiming rolypoly

This is a 5.75" plastic rolypoly toy of Sylvester, who has a chiming mechanism inside of his rotund body. He is shown with his tongue sticking out of the right side of his mouth. Both of his hands are together on his belly, and he wears blue suspenders, a yellow necktie with black polka dots, a red belt, and red-and-white striped "pants." When this item is batted about, it clanks, wobbles, and then uprights itself when stabilized. Sylvester was manufactured in 1976 along with a Tweety counterpart, but the copyright information does not indicate who made this item. Sylvester is undamaged but he does have some paint wear on his ears and nose, leaving him in NM- condition.

SYLVESTER wall plaque

This beautiful item is a 9.75" three-dimensional ceramic wall plaque showing Sylvester from the neck upward. He smiles gently and has raspberry-colored accents on his cheeks. This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured in 1986 by Bai-Dotta as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character wall plaques, wall masks, and hat racks.

SYLVESTER wall mask

This fun item is an 8" three-dimensional ceramic wall mask of Sylvester, who is shown from the panting tongue upward. On both sides of his face, he has green, maroon, and navy blue ribbons. The mask is in mint condition. It was manufactured in 1986 by Bai-Dotta as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character wall plaques, wall masks, and hat racks.

SYLVESTER plush rocking toy

This is a 15x30" plush rocking toy of Sylvester. He has a reinforced curved belly that enables a small child to sit on his back and rock back and forth. Sylvester has glued-on plastic eyes and otherwise is covered with a soft plush material. He was manufactured in 1971 by Mighty Star and he retains all three of his original manufacturer's labels. Sylvester is in NM- to NM condition, with a few light surface blotches on his plush but no damage anywhere on him.

This is a 13" vinyl pencil pack showing Sylvester from the neck upward. He has light grey and black fur, with a red nose. Inside of the cylindrical tube below him, there are 8 #2 pencils. This item is in mint, unused condition. It was manufactured in 1974 by Novner Enterprises along with four other Looney Tunes character pencil packs.

It was manufactured by Applause in 1996 as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character PVC figures on star bases.

This is a 2.5" PVC figure showing Sylvester contentedly walking along, holding a tan picnic basket in his left hand. He wears a blue bib with an image of Tweety on it. This item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured by Applause in 1988 as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character PVC figures.

SYLVESTER water wings

This is a 16x26" inflatable vinyl "water wings" of Sylvester, who can be slipped around a child's neck to help keep him/her afloat in a swimming pool. Sylvester wears a white-and-red striped shirt or life vest. He is in virtually perfect condition and was manufactured in 1975 along with a Daffy Duck counterpart. The copyright information does not indicate who made this item.

SYLVESTER inflatable figure

I must confess that, for reasons that I have never been able to explain or articulate, this 9x10.5" inflatable Sylvester figure and its Porky Pig counterpart are among my favorite pieces in my collection. Sylvester is shown piloting a triangular airplane that is orange in color, with red, clear, white, and black accents. This is a fully-licensed Warner Brothers product, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it or when it was manufactured. In all likelihood, Sylvester dates to the 1960s.

This is a 2.75" round rubber gums soother showing Sylvester from the neck upward. He wears a large blue bowtie and his facial image is inset amidst a yellow circle with white hash marks. This item is in virtually perfect, seemingly-unused condition. It was manufactured in 1966 along with a Bugs Bunny counterpart, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

SYLVESTER cereal spoon

This is a 5" purple plastic cereal spoon showing Sylvester's head on the end of the handle. This item is in mint condition and it was released as part of a set that also included Tweety, Road Runner, and Tasmanian Devil. Sylvester was manufactured by Del Monte in 1994.

SYLVESTER lamp

This is a 19.5" lamp showing Sylvester standing on a round white base. The Sylvester figure is the original Dakin jointed vinyl figure released during the late 1960s. Behind him, the original white plastic flowers are intact, and above him, the original lampshade featuring photographic images of many of the Dakin Looney Tunes banks and figures is present. This item was manufactured by Dakin during the earlier or mid-1970s, and it is in near mint condition, with two small punctures in the lampshade being the item's only flaw.

This is a 7" rubber bendy showing a very skinny, very elongated Sylvester standing with both arms by his sides, grinning gently. The item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card. Sylvester was manufactured in 1978 along with Tweety, Road Runner, and Bugs Bunny counterparts. He was made by Dakin as part of its Fun Farm series.

This is a 21" lightweight papier mache wall hanging showing a very psychedelic-looking Sylvester standing with his tail curled upward by his left side while raising his right hand and index finger. Sylvester has a bright pink nose and an orange body, along with a yellow flower with two blue antennae on it. The figure is in EX condition. It probably dates to the 1960s and there is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made it.

This is an 18.5" felt pennant showing Sylvester waving with his right hand as he lopes along. His tongue sticks out of the left side of his mouth. This item was distributed in the gift shops of Six Flags over Mid America in 1982 along with Tweety, Bugs Bunny, and Tasmanian Devil counterparts. Sylvester is in EX condition, with one darkened area by his raised hand and some similar darkening along some of the edges.

This is a 16x24" cork bulletin board with a cardboard backing. It shows Sylvester standing with a shopping list in his hands as he looks over his left shoulder at a trashcan. The black caption above him says Now, let me see --. This item was manufactured sometime around 1970 and the copyright information does not indicate who made it. This item is in VG condition, with two large holes on top and bottom, and some cork missing along the edges.

This is a mint condition, unused inflatable vinyl swim ring of Sylvester, measuring 9" in the package. He is shown wearing a red-and-white striped life vest, with his hands resting near his shoulders. This item remains sealed inside of its original packaging. Sylvester was manufactured by Mermaid Inflatables in 1975.

This is a 3.5x2.5" SILVER holographic baseball card showing Sylvester as a baseball pitcher for the Tigers, standing in front of one of the team's human players. The card is in mint condition. It was manufactured by Upper Deck in 1991 as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes holographic baseball cards.

This is a size XL pale yellow T-shirt showing Sylvester from the chest upward. His red tongue sticks out of the lower right portion of his mouth, drooling, as he says Thaint Louith . . . where I was residing at the time the shirt was given to me. It is in EX+ condition and retains its original manufacturer's label. Sylvester was manufactured by Artex Manufacturing Company in 1983.

This is a 6.25" thick (i.e., Brockway-style) collector's glass showing Sylvester standing with his right arm upwardly bent and his right index finger raised. The glass has white lettering and it is in mint condition. It was manufactured in 1973 as part of the large Pepsi Collector's Series of Looney Tunes character glasses.

This is a 5.25" thick (i.e., Brockway-style) collector's glass of Sylvester, who is shown standing with his right arm upwardly bent and his right index finger raised. The glass has black lettering and a white Pepsi logo, and it is in mint condition. It was released in 1973 as part of a hard-to-find set of six glasses that also included Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Road Runner, and Tweety. It was part of the Pepsi Collector's Series.

SYLVESTER large plush doll

This is a 42" plush doll of Sylvester, who has a bright red plush nose. The doll probably never was played with and is in no worse than near mint condition, with minor dustiness being its only flaw. It retains its original manufacturer's label, which is sewn into Sylvester's left side, and its original cardboard hang tag, which is affixed beside his heart. This doll was manufactured by Mighty Star in 1971.

SYLVESTER flip-flops

This is a pair of 7.25" foam-and-vinyl flip-flops. The sole is made of blue, red, yellow, and red layers, and on top of the foot gripper area is Sylvester's head. On the heel of each flip-flop, there is a Warner Brothers shield showing Sylvester, Porky Pig, Bugs Bunny, and Tweety's heads. These items were manufactured in 1976. They are in near mint condition and there is no indication of who made them.

This is a 6.5" ceramic Christmas ornament showing an unusual-looking Sylvester as an angel, complete with yellow wings and an yellow halo. This item was manufactured in 1975 but there is no indication anywhere on it regarding who made it. Sylvester is in NM+ condition.

This is a 3.5" PVC figure showing Sylvester standing in front of a tilted keyboard, holding his forehead in confusion or fear. The figure is in mint condition and it remains sealed inside of its original cellophane bag. It was manufactured in Germany by Bully in 2000.

SYLVESTER vinyl refrigerator magnet

This is a 1.75x1.25" vinyl refrigerator magnet showing Sylvester running in a 23 Skidoo-type pose. The magnet was manufactured in 1979 as part of an 18-item Looney Tunes character set. There is no indication on the item regarding who made it. Sylvester is in EX+ condition, with a few central creases and minor corner wear being his main flaws.

This is a 3.75" resin Christmas ornament showing Sylvester contentedly sleeping on his belly on a silver crescent moon. He wears a Santa Claus hat and the moon says My Favorite Cat in red, block lettering. This item was manufactured in 1997, probably for distribution in the Warner Brothers Studio Stores. It is in NM to NM+ condition, with a few small specks of paint loss being its only flaws.

This is an unlicensed piece, so there is no indication anywhere on it as to who made it.

This is a 7.75" vinyl floating soap dish showing Sylvester standing with both arms upwardly curved. On his belly, the original bar of orange soap remains. This item is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original box, which has edge wear but is intact. The sides of the box have nice graphics showing Tweety taking a bubble bath while Sylvester peeks at him through a white shower curtain. This item was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1970s along with Tweety and Bugs Bunny counterparts.

SYLVESTER mug

This is a 3.75" ceramic mug, white in color with a pink lower border. It shows Sylvester running with his arms raised, against a splotchy blue backdrop. This item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured sometime during the 1950s along with Tweety, Elmer Fudd, Bugs Bunny, and Yosemite Sam counterparts. The copyright information does not indicate who made it.

SYLVESTER mold

This is a 2x6.25" solid metal (brass perhaps?) mold featuring three identical images of Sylvester standing with his hands pressed together in front of his belly. The reverse side of this item has three "blanks" of Sylvester's image. This mold probably was used to cast puffy magnets or stickers, with liquid rubber or vinyl poured into the mold and then left to cool before removal. The molds themselves are in NM to NM+ condition, with minor wear and light surface discoloration and oxidation on the actual bar itself. There is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made it. It dates to 1971.

This is a 4.25" plastic bookmark of Sylvester, who has a three-dimensional head. He is shown amidst a book to simulate how he might be used. Sylvester was manufactured by Tarco / Arrow Industries in 1981 along with Bugs Bunny and Tweety counterparts.

SYLVESTER large vinyl bank

This is a 12.5" vinyl bank showing Sylvester standing with his arms folded across his chest, atop a black oval base saying Six Flags on front in red, raised-relief lettering. The bank's coin slot is located on the back of Sylvester's head and the original stopper is present on the underside of the base. This item is in near mint condition, with some age-related warping of the base being its principal flaw. It originally sold for $15.99 in the amusement park gift shops. Sylvester was manufactured in 1997 along with other Warner Brothers cartoon characters.
