RUFF AND REDDY (Hanna Barbera) card game

This ultra-rare item is a 1958 Ruff and Reddy TV Favorite Spelling Game . . . a card game featuring Ruff, Reddy, and Professor Gizmo (who closely resembles the elegant gentleman featured in the game, Monopoly).  This set comes with 53 black-and-white cards, each of which features a different comic scene (very nifty!) and each of which represents a different letter of the alphabet and its point value.  The set also comes with its original score pad, the original instruction sheet with colorful graphics showing the three characters playing their game at a white card table, and best of all, its original box.  The box has some light surface water staining, but the contents are in nearly perfect condition.  (Whatever caused the stain on the box's surface definitely did not affect the contents of the box OR the durability of the box.)  The game appears to be complete, although nothing on the box or in the instruction information indicates just how many cards there ought to be.  (The box is filled completely, though, with no conspicuous place for additional cards, giving further credence to our guess that this item is complete.)  This item was manufactured by Exclusive Playing Card Company.
