WAKKO (Animaniacs / Warner Brothers) pop-out toy

  This is a 2.5" tall by 3.5" long plastic pop-out toy of The Animaniacs' Wakko, who is shown standing atop a lime green skateboard with red wheels.  He can be pushed inside the blue and yellow shed on his right and then, with the push of a button, he can be shot out of the shed across the floor.  The shooting/pop-out mechanism works quite well.  Wakko is in perfect condition and comes with his original bag.   The bag was torn open at the top to let the toy out, but is complete.  This item was manufactured as a fast food giveaway in Hardee's restaurants' kids' meals in 1998.

WAKKO (Animaniacs / Warner Brothers) bendy

  This rubber bendy of Wakko is nearly 4" tall.  It shows him wearing a backwards red baseball cap on his head, a light blue shirt, and black shorts.  His pink tongue sticks out of his mouth in a goofy expression.  The item is in NM to NM+ condition, with one spot of paint loss on Wakko's nose and two tiny specks of paint loss on back of the item being its only flaws.  It was manufactured in 1994 by Just Toys along with Yakko and Dot counterparts.

WAKKO (Animaniacs / Warner Brothers) PVC figure

  This is a 2" PVC figure showing Wakko in a sliding pose, almost as if he were riding a skateboard and coasting along (but without the skateboard in this instance).  He wears a red baseball cap backward on his head and a light blue shirt, and as usual has his tongue sticking out of his mouth.  Wakko's copyright information shows that he was manufactured in 1995 but it does not indicate who the maker was.  This figure is in NM+ condition, with a small paint scuff on Wakko's right elbow being the item's only flaw.

  This is a 2.75" PVC figure showing Wakko gleefully standing with his arms outstretched from his body, tongue sticking out of the left side of his mouth.  He wears a light blue knee-length sweater and a red baseball cap backward on his head.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured in 1994 by Dakin.

WAKKO (Animaniacs / Warner Brothers) stuffed doll

  This is an 11" stuffed cloth doll of Wakko, who is shown with his pale pink tongue sticking out of the left side of his mouth.  He wears a red baseball cap backwards on his head, along with a light blue shirt.  He is shown with his ears poking through the ballcap and with his left arm raised.  This doll was manufactured by Ace Novelty in 1995, as evidenced on the original manufacturer's labels that are sewn into his left leg.  The doll is undamaged and in NM- condition overall, with some light surface soiling and very minor fading being its only flaws.

  This is a 9.5" stuffed cloth doll of Wakko, who has glued-on plastic eyes.  He is shown with his pink tongue sticking out of the left side of his mouth.  Wakko wears a red baseball cap backwards on his head, along with a pale blue shirt.  The doll is in mint condition.  It was manufactured by Dakin in 1994, as indicated on the original manufacturer's label that is sewn into Wakko's rear end.

WALLY GATOR (Hanna Barbera) doll

  This is a 7.25" firmly-stuffed doll of Wally Gator, who was manufactured in 1979 by Playtime Toys.  He is bright lime green in color with a purple hat, glued-on felt eyes, a yellowish-green snout, and a yellowish-green belly.  Wally Gator has glued-on felt nose holes, mouth, and belly stripes.  He wears white cuffs on his hands and a matching collar, and although it cannot be seen in the picture, his tail is bent and curved behind him.  This item is in NM+ condition and is a rare item.  It was released as part of a larger Hanna Barbera cartoon character set that also included Doggie Daddy and So-So, among others.

WALT DISNEY soft stackable cubes

  This is a set of three stackable cubes that, when put together properly, form images of Minnie Mouse (carrying a purse), Goofy (standing in his yellow shirt), Donald Duck (in his sailor's suit), Mickey Mouse (as a gentleman with a flower bouquet), Daisy Duck (standing), and Pluto (eating a yellow dog bone).  The pictures can be alternated to give each character a silly appearance, as you see above with Mickey Mouse having Minnie Mouse's body and Donald Duck's feet, or Goofy having Donald Duck's body and Mickey Mouse's feet.  These cubes are made of a soft, stuffed material and each is 4" in size (12" total height).  They bear the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably date to the 1970s.  They provide no indication of their manufacturer anywhere on them.  These items have minor wear on them and, as a set, are in EX to EX+ condition.

W.C. FIELDS bank

  This is a 7.5" hard vinyl bank showing W.C. Fields standing in front of a rounded blue wall.  He wears a grey top hat with a blue brim, a grey shirt, blue jacket with grey buttons, grey pants, and black shoes.  The coin slot is located on the back of W.C. Fields' jacket collar and the original stopper is present underneath the base.  This item is in EX to EX+ condition, with no damage and spots of paint loss on the top of the hat and on the sides and back of the head.  This bank was manufactured by Play Pal Plastics sometime during the mid-1970s.

WENDY THE WITCH (Paramount / Famous Studios) soaky

  This is a 10.5" soaky of Wendy the Witch from Harveytoons' cartoons with Casper, Spooky, and friends.  Wendy has a vinyl body and a plastic head.  She holds a yellow magic wand in her left hand, and has dusted herself with a string of yellow stars from her wand.  Behind her back, she holds a valentine in her right hand.  This item was manufactured during the mid-1960s by Colgate-Palmolive as part of a large collection of cartoon character shampoo bottles, many others of which we also have in stock at this time.  Wendy has no damage anywhere on her and retains her original plastic screw-on cap beneath her head.  Some of her stars show minor signs of paint wear, but overall, this item is in NM to NM+ condition.  It is definitely one of the cleanest examples of this item that we have ever seen.

WENDY THE WITCH (Paramount / Famous Studios) doll

  This rare find is a 9.5" plush doll of Wendy the Witch, who has a vinyl head.  Her body is red in color, and she wears a red witch's hat on top of her blonde hair.  This item was manufactured sometime during the 1950s as part of Gund's Gundikins doll series.  Wendy has a small hole in the plush between her legs.  Someone with basic sewing skills (which both of us here at What a Character lack) could easily sew up this hole with some red thread and make it virtually undetectable.  This is the item's only flaw, leaving Wendy in EX+ condition overall.  She retains her original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into her left side.

WENDY THE WITCH (Paramount / Famous Studios) collector's glass

  This is a 5" Brockway-style collector's glass of Wendy the Witch from the Harveytoons cartoons.  It is an interaction glass, showing a small squirrel and a happy hollowed-out tree trunk watching Wendy stirring her bubbling black cauldron.  This item was distributed as a fast food restaurant giveaway during the mid-1970s by restaurants selling Pepsi products.  It is in mint condition and retains all of its original glossiness.  Wendy's name is presented in black lettering and there is a white Pepsi logo beneath the squirrel.

WENDY THE WITCH & CASPER (Paramount / Famous Studios) coffee mug

  This is a 3.75" earthenware coffee mug decorated with evil yellow eyes, jack-o-lanterns, and black bats.  The center shows Casper the Friendly Ghost and Wendy the Witch building a snowman out of pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured in 1986 by United Silver and Cutlery.  Originally, this item was part of a four-item set of Halloween-themed Casper mugs.

WHITE RABBIT (Alice in Wonderland / Walt Disney) ceramic figurine -- larger size

  This is a 4.25" ceramic figurine of White Rabbit from Walt Disney's feature-length animated cartoon Alice in Wonderland.  He wears grey spectacles on his nose, a pale blue ruffle around his neck, a white bib with a red heart on it, and grey pants.  This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1960s or 1970s.  There is no indication anywhere on the figure regarding who made it.  White Rabbit is in virtually perfect condition.

WHITE RABBIT (Alice in Wonderland / Walt Disney) ceramic figurine -- smaller size

  This is a 2.75" ceramic figurine of White Rabbit from Walt Disney's feature-length animated cartoon Alice in Wonderland.  He wears grey spectacles on his nose, a pale blue ruffle around his neck, a white bib with a red heart on it, and grey pants.  This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1960s or 1970s.  There is no indication anywhere on the figure regarding who made it.  White Rabbit has no damage and just a few tiny flecks of paint loss, leaving him in NM to NM+ condition.

WICKET THE EWOK (Star Wars) bank

  This is a 6.75" vinyl bank showing Wicket the Ewok playing a brown-and-tan drum.  Wicket wears a tan cloak (uneven in coloring, but this appears to be original to the item) that is "stitched" onto the top of his head.  The bank's coin slot is located on the back of his head, and the original stopper is present underneath his feet.  This item is in near mint condition, with minor surface marks being its only flaw.  Wicket the Ewok was manufactured in 1983 along with a Princess Kneesaa counterpart that we also have in stock at this time.

WICKET THE EWOK (Star Wars) soaky

  This is a 6.75" vinyl soaky with a plastic head, featuring Wicket the Ewok.  This item is entirely brown in color and it shows Wicket standing on a round base, holding onto a spear, and wearing a cloak.  The item is in mint condition and retains all of its original contents.  It also comes with its original cardboard hang, which is intact but very worn.  This soaky was manufactured as part of a complete Star Wars character set of soakies by Omni Cosmetics Corp. in 1983, and we have a few of Wicket's counterparts in stock at this time, too.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) plush/vinyl doll

  This is a 13" plush doll of Wile E Coyote, who has a vinyl face.  He stands with both arms raised and his ears raised, wearing a red-and-white bib with his name on it in black lettering.  This doll retains its original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into the side of Wile E's left leg.  Wile E was manufactured in 1978 for distribution in the gift shops of Marriott's Great America amusement park.  The doll is in NM+ condition.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) PVC figure -- jogging

  This is a 3.5" PVC figure showing Wile E Coyote as a jogger, standing on his right foot while his left one is raised as if taking his next step.  He wears a light blue shirt, red shorts, and light blue sneakers, and has a Walkman on his head.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Applause in 1992.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) Goofy Gram

  This is an 11" jointed vinyl figure of Wile E Coyote, who is shown standing atop a round faux-marble base.  Attached to his right arm, there is a black time bomb.  The black, block lettering caption on the front of the base says Some days nothing seems to go right!  This item was manufactured in 1971 by Dakin as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character Goofy Grams . . . each of which features one of the Warner Brothers cartoon characters standing atop a faux-marble base with a character-specific, character-appropriate saying on its front.  This one is in NM to NM+ condition, with minor paint wear, and it retains the original manufacturer's copyright sticker and the original green felt protective undercovering.  Although undamaged and completely intact, a portion (20% maybe) of the felt has become discolored for some reason; but this is visible only when the item is turned upside-down, and there is no comparable flaw with any other part of this item.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) bendy

  This is a 6.75" rubber bendy showing Wile E Coyote standing with both arms stretched forward, giving "thumbs up" signs with both hands.  The bendy is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card has colorful graphics showing the five characters comprising the set from which Wile E himself came--Wile E Coyote, Road Runner, Daffy Duck, Tasmanian Devil, and Bugs Bunny--in and near the red Looney Tunes tunnel.  The mounting card has a surface tear where the previous owner carelessly tried to remove part of the price sticker.  It is in otherwise nice condition.  This item was manufactured by Tyco in 1994.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) cookie jar

  This is a 12" ceramic cookie jar featuring Wile E Coyote holding onto an Acme rocketship for dear life. The rocket is orangish-yellow in color, with a red tip and white smoke cloud coming out of the bottom. This item was manufactured by Certified International Corp. in 1993 as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes collectible cookie jars. (We have a few of the others in stock at this time as well.) This item is in mint condition and comes complete with its original box (which is also in great shape) AND the box's original protective cardboard inserts.   This is a 2.75" heavy-duty PVC figure of Wile E Coyote, who is shown crouching down with his knife and fork in his hands. He is wearing white, orange, and yellow rollerskates on his feet and has a red Acme Rocket strapped onto his midriff. This item was manufactured by Applause in 1988 as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes character PVC figures, several of which we have in stock at this time. This item is in mint condition.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) mini snowdome

  This is a 2.75" plastic snowdome showing Wile E Coyote looking dazed as a result of a blue Acme anvil having fallen on top of his head.  The white block lettering caption on the front of the item's orange base says Feel better!  When shaken, the "snow" consists of yellow stars and blue anvil chunks.  This item was manufactured in 1989 as part of a six-item Looney Tunes character snowdome set, and there is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made it.  Wile E is in NM+ condition.

  This is a 3.75" tall by 9" long vinyl mug of Wile E Coyote, who is shown from the neck up.  He has yellow eyes and a sinister grin on his face, along with a long tan snout.  This item is in near mint condition, with very minor paint loss and a few tiny marks on it.  It has no damage.  Wile E was manufactured in 1992 by Promotional Partners along with Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, Tweety, and Tasmanian Devil counterparts.

  This is a 4.25" bisque bell showing Wile E Coyote sitting on a grassy patch with his legs crossed at the knee.  He has a sly expression on his face and his tongue sticks out of his mouth.  This item is in undamaged, NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Price in 1979 as part of a 10-item set of Looney Tunes character bells that also had bisque figurines and several musicals as counterparts as well.

  This is a 4" vinyl pencil sharpener showing Wile E Coyote tugging evilly on the fur of his chest.  The item was manufactured during the late 1970s as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character pencil sharpeners.  The copyright information does not indicate who made this item.  Wile E is in mint condition and he remains sealed inside of his original packaging.  The cardboard header card has colorful graphics featuring the Warner Brothers cartoon shield along with images of many of the Looney Tunes cartoon stars.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) hard plastic figure

  This is a 5" hard plastic figure of Wile E Coyote, who is shown with his right hand cupped by his hip and his left hand in a downward-pointing hitchhiking pose. This item was manufactured by Dakin during the 1970s as one item in a set that also included the Road Runner, Bugs Bunny, and Daffy Duck. Wile E has tan frontal fur, brownish/greenish/greyish back fur, and black accents. He is in nearly perfect condition, with very minor paint wear being his only flaw.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) PVC figure -- TNT bouquet

  This is a 4.5" PVC figure showing Wile E Coyote sniffing a bouquet of purple flowers that are surrounding several sticks of dynamite.  This item is in mint condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card (which has creases on the left corners) has colorful graphics showing Tasmanian Devil in love, Bugs Bunny holding a valentine and a carrot, and Tweety exuding love.  This figure was released by Tyco in 1994 as part of a 10-character Looney Tunes Heart Throbs Figurines set.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) all-vinyl hand puppet

  During the late 1960s, six all-vinyl Looney Tunes hand puppets were manufactured and sold as premium giveaways along with toothpaste.  This set included Tweety, Sylvester, Speedy Gonzales, Yosemite Sam, Road Runner, and this one of Wile E Coyote.  (We have the entire set in stock at this time.)  Wile E is 9" from top to bottom.  He has a soft vinyl head and a thin vinyl brown body.  The head has a tiny speck of paint wear on the tip of Wile E's ear, but no damage of any kind.  Other than being wrinkled (which can be straightened out with careful display/storage in the future), the body is without problems.  Overall, this item is in NM+ condition.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) rubber figure

  This is a 3" rubber figure showing Wile E Coyote standing with his arms by his sides.  The figure has thick legs and comes from a set of several "thick legged" Warner Brothers cartoon character figures.  Wile E was released by Arby's fast food restaurants as a promotional giveaway in 1988.  He is in mint condition.

  This is a 2.75" PVC figure showing Wile E Coyote poking his head out of a grey Acme cannon that is mounted on a wheeled wooden cart.  He wears a red-and-white checked bid around his neck.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Applause in 1994.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) inflatable doll

  This is an 8.75" vinyl inflatable doll of Wile E Coyote, who is shown with his red tongue sticking out of the right side of his mouth as he stands with his arms by his sides, puffing out his chest.  The doll seems to hold air fairly well once the air valve has been sealed.  Wile E retains his original paper and has a suction cup attached to his head, enabling him to be affixed to and then suspended from a hard, smooth surface.  This item is in nearly perfect condition.  It was manufactured in 1975 by GLJ Toy Company as part of a set of Looney Tunes character vinyl inflatable dolls.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) ceramic mug

  In 1989, Applause manufactured a large set of Looney Tunes character figural coffee mugs (primarily intended for decoration rather than use).  This 3.75" tall by 7.75" long ceramic mug came from that set.  It shows Wile E from the neck up, with his yellow eyes and an evil grin on his face.  The mug's handle is designed so that it resembles Wile E Coyote's tail.  This item is undamaged and in virtually perfect condition.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) finger puppet

  This is a 3" vinyl finger puppet showing Wile E Coyote from the mid-chest upward.  He holds both arms by his sides and is shown looking forward.  This toy is in mint condition and is still sealed inside of its original cellophane window and still contained inside of its original cardboard packaging.  The packaging shows Tweety, Sylvester, Wile E Coyote, Road Runner, Bugs Bunny, and Porky Pig . . . all of which are the items comprising this particular finger puppet series.  The packaging has a great deal of age-related bending and creasing, but is entirely intact and undamaged.  Wile E Coyote was manufactured by Dakin during the 1970s.

  This is a 1.75x1.25" vinyl refrigerator magnet showing Wile E Coyote high-steppin' and running along.  The magnet has a light green background and black, block lettering.  It is in EX to EX+ condition, with light surface wear and minor crinkling being its only flaws. (The high-resolution nature of our scanner and the enlargement of the image shows the surface features MUCH more clearly than the naked eye does when viewing this item.)  It was manufactured in 1979 as part of a large set of Looney Tunes character magnets, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.  Upon request, we can ship this item in a regular envelope for the cost of a first-class postage stamp.

WILE E COYOTE (Warner Brothers) jointed vinyl Dakin figure

  This is a 9.5" vinyl figure of Wile E Coyote, whose head swivels and whose arms and legs are movable.  He is brown in color with tan accents on his muzzle and ears, and pale greyish-tan accents on his chest.  Wile E was manufactured by R. Dakin Company in 1968 as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes cartoon character figures that the company made between 1968 and 1971.  He is free of damage and is in virtually perfect condition, coming with his original cardboard hang tag.  The package is intact and undamaged, although it does have some wear on it.

  This lightweight stuffed cloth doll of Wile E Coyote stands 15.5" tall from the soles of his feet to the top of the black tuft of hair on top of his head.  Wile E's ears are bendable, and they add additional height to this item.  This doll was manufactured by Mighty Star in 1971.  It retains its original blue importation labels, but not the manufacturer's copyright label.  Wile E is in nearly perfect condition.

  This is a 3.5" PVC figure showing Wile E Coyote driving a green golf Acme Putting Machine.  He holds the vehicle's two white handles, and the crank beside the left handle has Wile E's golf ball attached to its putter.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Applause in 1994.

WILE E COYOTE & ROAD RUNNER (Warner Brothers) interaction glass

  This is a 6.25" Brockway-style (i.e., thick) collector's interaction glass featuring Wile E Coyote and Road Runner.  This is one of two variations of these two characters that Pepsi released in its 1976 Pepsi Collector Series of Looney Tunes interaction glasses, and it is the less-common variety.  Here, Wile E Coyote kneels on a blue skateboard, looking back at a fan that he hopes to use to propel him from cliff to cliff . . . as he floats above a cloud about to fall to the ground.  On the opposite cliff side, Road Runner stands, having just tossed a boulder onto the cord for Wile E's fan, causing it to become unplugged.  This glass has a white Pepsi logo behind the Road Runner image.  It is in virtually perfect condition and it retains all of its original glossiness.

WILE E COYOTE & ROAD RUNNER (Warner Brothers) action figures

  This is a 5" pair of jointed vinyl action figures showing Wile E Coyote and the Road Runner as they appeared in the classic Warner Brothers cartoon Gee Whiz-z-z-z-z-z-z.  Wile E wears a green bat costume.  The figures come with a silver rocket, a black anvil, and a red Acme flight suit rocket pack.  These items are in mint condition and they have never been removed from their original packaging.  This item was manufactured by Playmates in 1997 along with a few other paired action figures of Looney Tunes characters.

WILMA FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) squeak toy

  This nifty item is a very rare rubber squeak toy of Wilma Flintstone, standing 9.25" tall.  She is shown with a shopping cart, of sorts, in front of her.  The cart consists of two planks of wood, two slabs of granite for wheels, a blue stitching to keep the items inside.  Inside of the cart, he has a large green plant.  Wilma herself has blue eyes, a blue necklace, and a light green dress.  Her squeaking mechanism is missing from the underside of the toy.  This item has no damage but does have a moderate amount of paint wear on the raised surfaces.  The picture is a very accurate portrayal of the appearance of this item.  Overall, it is in VG condition.  It has no copyright markings on it, probably because it was manufactured in South America.  (We know this because the person from whom we bought it does an extensive amount of business / acquiring in South America, where she bought this item.)  It probably dates to the 1960s.

WILMA FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) doll

  This is a 17" stuffed doll of Wilma Flintstone, who has orange plush hair.  She has a glued-on thin faux-leather mouth and wears a white crushed velvet cave-dress and a white necklace.  This doll was manufactured by Toy Works in 2002 as part of a set that also included Fred, Barney, and Betty.  Wilma retains her original manufacturer's labels, both of which are sewn securely into her right ankle, and her original cardboard hang tag, which is affixed to her left hand.  This doll is in virtually perfect condition.

WILMA FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) Christmas ornament

  This is a 3.75" Christmas ornament of Wilma Flintstone, manufactured by Strottman International sometime during the later 1980s or earlier 1990s as part of a larger set that also included Fred Flintstone, Barney and Betty Rubble, Pebbles, Bamm Bamm, Hoppy Hoparoo, and Dino.  (We have most of the set in stock at this time.)  Wilma has a soft stuffed body and a vinyl head.  She is shown wearing a white felt cave dress and a white ribbon-style necklace.  She retains her original manufacturer's label, which is in great shape and sewn securely into her left leg.  Wilma is in mint condition.

WILMA FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) small plastic figure

  This is a 2.75" solid plastic figure of Wilma Flintstone, who is shown standing with both arms by her sides.  She wears a blue necklace and a short red dress.  This item was manufactured along with several other Flintstones character plastic figures and although unmarked, probably was made by Imperial in 1976.  Wilma is undamaged and she has minimal paint loss, leaving her in near mint condition.

WILMA FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) squeak toy

  This rare item is a 5.5" latex squeak toy of Wilma Flintstone, who evidently is having a happy conversation with Betty Rubble.  Wilma is shown sitting with her legs folded beneath her, crossed at the knee.  She wears red lipstick, a red necklace, and a light blue dress.  In her right hand, she holds a very dark brown (almost black) telephone.  This item was manufactured by Lanco, probably during the 1960s.  It is free of damage and has only the slightest traces of paint loss.  It is in NM to NM+ condition.  When squeezed, Wilma gives off a loud, shrill squeaking sound.

WIMPY (Popeye / Fleischer / King Features) doll -- smaller size

  In 1985, Presents / Hamilton Gifts released two sets of Popeye character dolls, each consisting of the same characters but differing in size.  This 11.5" doll of Wimpy comes from the smaller of the two sets.  He is made of a stuffed cloth material with a vinyl head, vinyl hands, and brown flocking-covered vinyl boots.  Wimpy wears a brown hat, a white shirt, a red tie, a black jacket, yellow pants, and a black vinyl belt.  He is in mint condition and comes with his original cardboard hang tag, which is affixed to the left hand . . . which also holds a partly-eaten hamburger.

WIMPY (Popeye / Fleischer / King Features) musical

  This is a 4.25" resin musical showing Wimpy standing on a round base bearing his name in front in red lettering and his birth city, age, height, and weight on back.  He holds one hamburger in his left hand and three more are stacked in his right hand.  When the base is wound up, the musical revolves and plays My Favorite Things.  The musical and rotation mechanisms both work perfectly.  This item was manufactured by Presents / Hamilton Gifts in 1989 along with Brutus, Popeye, Olive Oyl, and Swee Pea counterparts.  Wimpy is in mint condition.

WIMPY (Popeye / Fleischer / King Features) Christmas ornament

  This is a 3" composition Christmas ornament showing Wimpy eating a cheeseburger from inside of a holly wreath.  The wreath is decorated with a red bow, and Wimpy wears an orange hat with a black band, a white shirt, and a red tie.  This item was manufactured in 1981, possibly by Sigma, although the copyright information does not indicate the manufacturer.  It is in NM+ condition and retains its original thin gold lame hanging cord.

WINDY (Walter Lantz) wall plaque

  This rare item is a 7" ceramic wall plaque of Windy.  He has a flat back and a three-dimensional front.  He is shown wearing a black derby, a white collar, a yellow shirt with a single white button, green pants with a yellow patch on the right knee, and a white belt.  This item was manufactured by Napco in 1958 as part of a larger collection of Walter Lantz cartoon character wall plaques.  (Currently, we have the Homer Pigeon counterpart in stock as well.)  Windy has no paint loss, a fleabite on his bowler, and a 1/8x1/4" shallow chip on his left hip.  Overall, he is in EX to EX+ condition.  Originally, he was sold as a souvenir in Perrault Falls, Canada, as indicated by the remnants of the gift shop sticker that has been applied to his vest.  Windy retains his original gold foil manufacturer's sticker on back and his original thin, gold lame hanging cord as well.
