BABA LOOEY (Hanna Barbera) plush/vinyl doll

  This is a 15.5" green plush doll of Baba Looey, who has orange tops of his feet.  His entire head is made of molded soft vinyl, and he is shown wearing an orange sombrero with red and green swirls on it.  This item was manufactured by Knickerbocker in 1959 along with several other Hanna Barbera cartoon character plush/vinyl dolls.  Baba Looey is undamaged and his plush shows only light signs of use-related wear.  His vinyl has very minor paint wear, and is in very nice, colorful shape.  Baba Looey's neck is wobbly due to settling of the stuffing, and he would be displayed best with a doll stand.  This doll is in EX+ to NM- condition.

BABA LOOEY (Hanna Barbera) soaky-type bank -- green sombrero

  This vinyl soaky-type bank of Quickdraw McGraw's faithful sidekick, Baba Looey, stands nearly 9" tall.  It is bright orange in color and shows Baba Looey wearing a large, bright green sombrero on his head and a black neckerchief with white dots on it around his neck.  The bank's coin slot is located on the raised central portion of the sombrero, and the sombrero would have to be removed in order to gain access to any coins inserted.  Although the item has no copyright markings on it (because they were all placed on the original cardboard header card that surrounded this item's sombrero when it was sold in the stores), it was manufactured by Roclar in 1976 along with Yakky Doodle, Spouty Whale, Barney Rubble, and Peter Potamus counterparts.  Baba Looey is in nearly perfect condition.

BABA LOOEY (Hanna Barbera) pillow doll

  This is a 10.5" stuffed cloth pillow doll of Baba Looey, who is shown standing with both of his front arms/hoofs bent akimbo on his hips.  He wears a light orange sombrero and a blue neckerchief.  This item is undamaged but it does have two small dark marks on the back of the sombrero, leaving Baba Looey in NM- condition.  He was manufactured sometime during the 1960s or 1970s along with a Quickdraw McGraw counterpart.  There is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made it.

BABA LOOEY (Hanna Barbera) plush/vinyl doll

  This is a 14.5" plush doll showing Baba Looey standing with both arms bent akimbo on the hips.  He has brown fur with orange shoe tops.  Baba Looey also has a vinyl head with a molded orange sombrero as part of it.  The doll was manufactured in 1959 by Knickerbocker as part of a larger collection of Hanna Barbera cartoon character plush/vinyl dolls.  Baba Looey is undamaged and his fur generally is in nice condition with minor use-related wear.  The vinyl is undamaged and the paint on Baba Looey's face is nice.  On the reverse side of the doll, the top half of his left ear and the top quarter of his right ear have paint loss.  Also worth noting is the fact that Baba Looey only retains part of his original manufacturer's label.  Overall, this doll is in EX condition.

BABAR doll

  This unusual find is a 9.5" doll of Babar, who has a firmly stuffed head and trunk and a beanbag-style stuffed body.  Babar is shown wearing a white outfit whose shirt is decorated with blue, yellow, and red markings.  On his head, he wears a yellow felt crown.  This doll was manufactured by The Toy Works, as indicated by the original manufacturer's label, which is in very nice shape and sewn securely into Babar's rear end.  Although there is nothing on this doll indicating when it was manufactured, our best guess is that this is a 1980s piece.  It is undamaged and shows only minor signs of having been used before, and, overall, is in NM+ condition.

BABE THE TALKING PIG doll -- purple sweatshirt

  This is a 7.5" stuffed cloth doll of Babe the Talking Pig, who is shown sitting on all fours.  Babe wears a purple hooded sweatshirt decorated with a gold crescent moon and two gold stars on front.  Babe is in mint condition and comes with the original plastic hang tag and the original manufacturer's label, which is sewn securely into Babe's rear end.  This doll was manufactured by Toy Works sometime during the later 1990s.

BABE THE TALKING PIG talking doll

    This is a 9.25" soft stuffed cloth doll of Babe the Talking Pig who actually talks.  When the button inside of Babe's left ear is squeezed, we hear such phrases as I'm just a pig on a mission and Whoa! and My name is Babe, among others.  Babe is shown sitting on all fours with a brown collar around the neck.  The doll is in virtually perfect condition and the speaking mechanism works just fine, although it is slightly muffled.  The original manufacturer's label is intact underneath Babe's left rear leg, indicating that this doll was made by Equity Toys sometime during the 1990s.

BABE THE TALKING PIG doll -- Santa

  This is a 7" soft stuffed doll showing Babe, the Talking Pig sitting on all fours.  He wears a red Santa Claus hat and a red scarf around his neck.  There is also an amber plastic name tag hanging from Babe's neck, bearing his name on it.  This doll is in mint condition and it still retains its original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into Babe's underside.  The doll was manufactured by Toy Works and it probably dates to the 1990s.

  This is a 6.5" plush doll showing Babe the Talking Pig sitting with all four legs together.  He wears a brown collar from which an amber-colored plastic name tag hangs.  This doll is in virtually perfect condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into Babe's rear end.  It was manufactured by Toy Works sometime during the 1990s.

BABY BEAR (Sesame Street / Muppets) beanbag doll

  This is a 7.75" cloth beanbag doll of Baby Bear, who is shown standing with his arms extended outward from his body.  He is brown in color with a red mouth and black snout.  This doll is in mint condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into Baby Bear's rear end.  This item was manufactured in 1997 by Tyco Preschool as part of a 24-item Sesame Street / Muppets character beanbag doll collection.  We have most of Baby Bear's counterparts in stock at this time too.

BABY BEAR (Sesame Street / Muppets) PVC figure -- waving

  This is a 2.5" PVC figure of Baby Bear, who is shown looking up, smiling, and waving with his left hand.  In his right arm, he cradles a blue bowl of leaking honey or porridge.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Tyco in 1997.

BABY BOP (Barney) vinyl bank

b0300027.jpg (14766 bytes)  This is a 7.25" hard vinyl bank of Baby Bop, who is shown sitting on a large yellow alphabet cube with blue borders and red letters on it.  Baby Bop wears a purple bow in her hair, purple sandals on her feet, and holds a yellow security blanket in her arms.   This item is in near mint condition.  The coin slot is located along the back of Baby Bop's head; the original stopper is missing from the underside of the alphabet cube.  This item was manufactured in 1992 by H.E.I. for the Lyons Group.

BABY BOP (Barney) die-cast rolling toy 

  This is a 2x2.5" die-cast metal rolling toy showing Baby Bop driving a tow truck.  The tow truck is yellow with a red interior and a red lifting hook, and red plastic wheels.  The boy is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original colorful cardboard mounting card.  Baby Bop was manufactured in 1993 by Child Dimension for Hasbro as part of an 11-item set.

BABY BOP (Barney) cheerleader bendy

  This is a 4.5" rubber bendy of Baby Bop, who is dressed as a cheerleader.  She wears a purple bow in her hair, a white v-neck sweater with a purple B on front, a lavender skirt, white socks, and white shoes with lavender accents.  She also holds lavender pompons in both hands.  This item was manufactured by Kid Dimensions in 1993.  It is undamaged and all of the original supporting wires are contained securely inside of the rubber.  Baby Bop does have a few small spots of minor paint loss, leaving her in near mint condition overall.

BABY BOP (Barney) ballerina figure

  This is a 5" hard vinyl figure showing Baby Bop as a ballerina.  She stands with both arms bent upward and extended outward from her body and is shown wearing a dark pink bow in her hair, a pale pink leotard, a mulberry-colored waist ruffle, and dark pink ballet shoes.  This item bears the Lyons Group copyright and was made sometime during the 1990s.  Baby Bop is in mint condition.

BABY BOP (Barney) Christmas ornament

  This is a 3" resin Christmas ornament showing Baby Bop sitting on a snow-capped red toboggan with her arms raised in fun.  She holds a snowball in her left hand and a red-and-white striped candy cane in her right hand.  This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original packaging.  Baby Bop was manufactured by Kurt Adler in 2001 as part of a larger collection of Barney (and friends) Christmas ornaments.

BABY ELEPHANT (Jungle Book / Walt Disney) vinyl figure

  This is a 2.75" tall hard vinyl figure of Baby Elephant, who is tan in color with brown hair.  Baby Elephant stands with his eyes closed and his trunk pointing upward.  There is a slot in his back that enables his head to be raised and lowered.  This item was manufactured for distribution as a premium giveaway at McDonald's fast food restaurants, sometime during the past few years.  It is in NM+ condition.

BABY GEE (Toys R Us / advertising) rolypoly

  This is an 8.75" plastic chiming rolypoly toy of Geoffrey the Giraffe's younger pal, Baby Gee, from the Toys R Us toy store chain.  Baby Gee wears a purple bow with white polka dots in her blonde hair and a white big with an orange edge and her name written on it in maroon lettering.  When batted about, this item chimes and wobbles, always uprighting itself afterwards due to the weight in the lower portion of the toy.  Baby Gee is undamaged and has only minor paint wear, primarily on the hands and bib.  Overall, this item is in near mint condition.  It was manufactured by Arco, but there is no indication of when it was made.  Our best guess, though, is that this is a 1980s piece.

  This is a 2.25" PVC figure showing Baby Herman happily crawling on all fours.  He has a wisp of blonde hair with a pink bow in it, and wears a white diaper.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured in 1987 along with other PVC figures featuring characters from Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and the copyright information does not indicate who made this item.

BABY HERMAN (Roger Rabbit / Walt Disney) ceramic figurine

  This is a 3.5" ceramic figurine of Baby Herman, from Walt Disney's feature-length animated cartoon Who Framed Roger Rabbit?  It shows him wearing a white diaper with a large yellow safety pin, and an orange bow in his blonde hair lock.  He is angry and is scratching his left temple in frustration.  This item is in mint condition.  It was manufactured sometime during the later 1980s along with Roger Rabbit and Jessica Rabbit counterparts, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

  This is a 2.5" PVC figure showing Baby Herman from the feature-length animated cartoon Who Framed Roger Rabbit?  Here, he is shown sitting up, grinning, and holding a blue rattle in his outstretched left hand.  He has a wisp of blonde hair with a pink bow in it, and is shown wearing a white diaper with a yellow safety pin in front.  This item was manufactured in 1987 along with other PVC figures from that cartoon.  The copyright information does not indicate who made Baby Herman, who is in NM+ condition.

BABY HUEY (Harveytoons / Paramount) collector's glass

  This is a 5" tall thick (i.e., Brockway style) collector's glass of Baby Huey, named here Big Baby Huey.  He holds a glass of water in his raised right hand and twin 500-pound barbells in his raised left hand.  He stands in front of an orange fence advertising the circus and is also balancing a 1,000-pound weight on his raised right foot.  This item was distributed as a premium and promotional giveaway by fast food restaurants that served Pepsi products during the mid-1970s.  It is in mint condition and retains all of its original glossiness.

BABY PUSS (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) vinyl figure

  This is a 10" vinyl figure of the Flintstones' saber-tooth tiger house pet, Baby Puss.  (Remember the lyric from their theme song "the cat will stay out for the night"?!)  This item was manufactured in 1960 along with Fred Flintstone, Barney Rubble, Wilma Flintstone, Betty Rubble, and Dino counterparts, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.  This figure is, by far, the rarest item in the set.  Baby Puss is yellow in color with black markings, a green bowtie, and a green belt, and is shown sitting up on his haunches with his hands clasped together.  This item is undamaged but there is some paint loss on Baby Puss' ears, and smaller spots of paint loss on the front of his central hair lock.  Overall, this item probably merits a condition grading of EX+ or EX.

BABY PUSS (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) plush doll

  This is a 5.5x10.5" tan plush doll of Baby Puss, the Flintstones' saber-toothed feline pet.  Baby Puss has glued-on plastic eyes and white felt fangs, and is shown standing on all fours with his tail raised in the air.  This doll is in mint condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label, which is also in nice condition and sewn securely into Baby Puss' rear left leg.  The doll was manufactured by Strottman International sometime during the later 1980s or earlier 1990s.

BABY SMURF (Smurfs / Hanna Barbera) crawling plush doll

  This cute item is a 6.75" plush doll of a Baby Smurf, who is shown crawling, holding a rattle in her right hand, and looking upward.  Baby Smurf wears pink Dr. Dentons-style pajamas and a white lacy bonnet.  The doll is undamaged although there are a few light discolored areas on the pajamas and rattle from having been played with over the years.  Overall, this doll is in EX+ condition.  It was manufactured by Applause in 1983, as indicated on the original manufacturer's label that is sewn securely into Baby Smurf's left thigh.

  This is a 12" plush doll showing Baby Smurf, closely resembling Smurfette as an infant, in a seated position.  This Smurf has a pale pink hat, a lacy white cloth bonnet, a pink cloth jumper, and white undergarments adorned with a floral design.  Baby Smurf is shown looking upward and toward her right side.  This item was manufactured by Applause in 1984.  It is in NM+ condition and comes with its original plastic hand-shaped Applause hangtag, its original cardboard hangtag, and its original manufacturer's label.

BALOO (Jungle Book / Walt Disney) doll

  This is a 6.5" firmly-stuffed cloth doll of Baloo, the happy-go-lucky bear from Walt Disney's feature-length animated cartoon Jungle Book.  He is greyish-brown in color with a putty-colored chest.  Baloo has a leathery black nose, yellow felt ears, black felt hair, and glued-on felt eyes and paw pads.  He is in NM+ condition and was manufactured in 1966 as part of a larger set of Jungle Book character figures/dolls.  This doll retains its original copyright tag, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into Baloo's left foot.  It gives no indication of who made this item.

BALOO (Jungle Book / Walt Disney) squeak toy

  This uncommon find is a 7.5" rubber squeak toy showing Baloo sitting up on his hind legs with both of his hands raised toward his right side, as if he were estimating the size of something.  Baloo is white in color with blue accents, a pink tongue, a black nose, and purple accents on his right hand.  When squeezed, he gives off a loud, hearty squeaking sound.  He is undamaged and has just a few small spots of paint loss, principally on his snout, leaving him in near mint condition overall.  He was manufactured by Holland Hall sometime during the 1960s along with other squeak toys of characters of The Jungle Book.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) bisque figurine

  This is a 4" tall by 3.5" long bisque figurine of Bambi, who is shown resting on the ground with all four legs bent beneath him.  He has a tan body with grey spots, dark brown hooves, a brown stripe across his back, and a brown area on the top of his head.  Bambi is also depicted here with a pink flower and the green foliage with it between his front legs, rising to his chin area.  This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1970s.  There is no indication of who the maker was.  This item is in mint condition.  We also have Bambi's counterpart, Thumper, in stock at this time as well.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) planter

  This beautiful item is a 4.5" ceramic planter showing Bambi standing in front of a hollowed-out tree trunk.  Both Bambi and the tree trunk are painted with beautiful pastel colors, and the top is hollowed out, enabling the item to be used as a planter.  The back of the planter is incised Walt Disney Prod.  This item was manufactured by Leeds sometime during the 1950s as part of a larger collection of Walt Disney cartoon character planters, banks, and figures.  Bambi is in NM+ condition, with the item's only flaw being a minor manufacturing flaw on Bambi's left ear, where two small spots failed to be painted and glazed at the factory.  The planter has no damage or paint wear.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) plastic figure

  This is a 4.5" hollow plastic figure showing Bambi standing and looking at a blue butterfly that has landed on his tail.  Between his legs, there is plant life.  This unmarked item probably dates to the 1960s and was made to resemble an otherwise-identical, officially-licensed Bambi item that was made of ceramic.  This figure is in mint condition.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) Christmas ornament

  This is a 3.75" lightweight blown plastic Christmas ornament of Bambi, who is covered with flocking.  Bambi is shown standing on all fours, looking over the right shoulder.  This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original packaging.  The cardboard header card has colorful graphics showing Goofy carrying an axe, Mickey Mouse dragging a Christmas tree behind him, Minnie Mouse holding a sprig of mistletoe, and Daisy Duck carrying a holly wreath.  This ornament was manufactured during the 1970s by Union Wadding Company as part of a larger collection of Walt Disney cartoon character ornaments.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) silver bell

  This is a 2.5" silver bell, showing Bambi smiling and sitting on his haunches.  This bell was manufactured by the New England Collector's Society during the 1980s as part of a large Walt Disney character commemorative series.  Other than having some tarnishing of the silver, this item is in perfect condition.

  This is a 7.75" plush doll showing Bambi standing with a gentle smile on his face.  He has glued-on plastic eyes and a white fluffy tail, and otherwise is pretty much tan in color with white accents.  This item was manufactured by Canasa Trading Corp. sometime during the later 1970s or earlier 1980s, and it bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking.  Bambi is in virtually perfect condition and comes with the original manufacturer's label (in nice condition, sewn into his rear left leg) and the original cardboard hang tag (in nice condition, affixed to the left ear).

BAMBI (Walt Disney) ceramic figurine

  This lovely item is a 7" ceramic figurine showing Bambi standing amidst some raspberry-flowers and green bushes.  He is looking backward, over his right shoulder.  This item was manufactured during the 1950s by Leeds as part of a much larger collection of Walt Disney cartoon character figurines, planters, and banks.  Bambi has no damage or paint wear anywhere and is in mint condition.  There is a single very small area just behind his right front leg (visible in the picture) where the original paint and glaze were not applied at the factory during the original production process, but this area is small and is not a condition-related flaw of the item.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) soaky

  This is one of the many cartoon character soaky bottles that Colgate-Palmolive manufactured during the mid-1960s.  It features Bambi sitting on all fours, with several white flowers in front of his hooves.  He is 10" tall and is all brown in color, with cream-colored facial features, inner ear accents, and chest accents.  This item retains its original plastic screw-on cap beneath the plastic head.  It has no damage anywhere on it and only tiny specks of minor paint wear.  Bambi is in NM to NM+ condition.

  This is a 4.75" solid blue plastic figure of Bambi, who is shown standing on all fours, looking off toward the right.  This item was manufactured by Marx in 1972 as part of a large collection of solid plastic, monochromatic Walt Disney cartoon character figures.  Bambi is undamaged and has only minor surface wear, leaving the figure in NM+ condition overall.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) porcelain figure -- sitting

  This is a 4.5" heavy-duty porcelain figurine of Bambi, who is shown in a seated, resting pose.  This figurine was manufactured in England by Wade as part of its hatbox series, which was made during the later 1950s through the middle 1960s.  This item is in mint condition and retains remnants of its original merchant's price sticker underneath it.

  This uncommon find is a 7.25" ceramic bank showing Bambi standing amidst a leafy area with a few pink flowers along the ground, grinning, and looking over his right shoulder.  The bank's coin slot is located on Bambi's chest and the bank would have to be broken in order to retrieve money inserted into it.  This item was manufactured by Leeds sometime during the 1950s along with several other Walt Disney cartoon character banks, planters, and figurines.  Bambi is in virtually perfect condition and is incised Walt Disney Bambi on the reverse side.

  This is a 5.75" ceramic figurine of Bambi, who is shown casually looking at the cream-colored butterfly with the green accents that has perched itself on his tail.  Bambi himself is brown in color, with melting of the colors to an off-white on his legs and underside.  He has blue eyes and white spots on his back.  He is standing on all fours and looking over his left shoulder back at the butterfly.  Bambi bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1960s.  There is no indication of who made this item, which is in mint condition.  It also comes with its original black-and-gold cardboard hang tag.  PLEASE NOTE: Due to this item's fragile nature and unusual shape, we strongly recommend the purchase of insurance along with this item.

BAMBI (Walt Disney) double planter

  This beautiful item is a 5.5" tall by 6.5" long heavy-duty ceramic double planter, featuring Bambi.  Here, Bambi is shown standing between two parts of a hollowed-out tree log.  Each part is a planter.  This item was manufactured sometime during the 1950s by Leeds and it is incised with Bambi Walt Disney Prod. on the back.  The item has no damage and only minor evidence of having ever been used.  It is in NM+ condition--truly beautiful!
