TOP CAT (Hanna Barbera) inflatable doll
This is a vinyl
inflatable doll/figure of Top Cat. Shown in the picture is the 7x6" cardboard
header card for the package in which the doll/figure is contained . . . which is the best
we can do, since this item is in mint condition, still sealed inside of its original
plastic bag. It was sold as part of a six-item set sometime during the 1960s, with
the other characters featured on the sides of the header card. Currently, we have
five of these items in stock, all in mint condition, all sealed inside of their original
bags. If you decide to purchase the entire set in a single transaction, we'll
discount the price to $135 for the set.

3.5" brown vinyl white paste container showing Top Cat's smiling
head. The item has a red corrugated cap underneath Top Cat's neck.
The item is in mint, unused condition and it retains its original complement of

was manufactured in 1965 by Lepage.

TOP CAT (Hanna Barbera) vinyl figure
This tough-to-find
item is a 5.75" vinyl figure showing Top Cat sitting with his legs spread
wide apart. He holds his left hand on his belly and his right arm is
extended and raised outward from his body. He is shown looking downward
and slightly toward his right. This Top Cat figure is white in color, with
a purple hat and vest, green eyes, and a peach-colored muzzle. This item
was manufactured for the foreign market, perhaps by Bucky, sometime during the
1960s or 1970s. It is unmarked. Top Cat may have been a squeak toy
at one time, but if he was, his original squeaking mechanism was removed by one
of his previous owners. Paint wear is present but generally light on this
item. The worst feature is a small, narrow slicing of the vinyl near the
squeaker hole, on his underside. Were it not for this, Top Cat would be in
NM- condition.
COST = $40 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0603076
TOP CAT (Hanna Barbera) soaky -- blue vest
This is a 9.5"
soaky of Top Cat, with a vinyl body and a plastic head. It is yellow in

the raised-relief name on the front of the twisted trashcan in which Top Cat
stands. This item is free of damage and has minor paint loss on the
"T" in "cat." The original plastic screw-on cap is
present beneath Top Cat's head. He was manufactured during the mid-1960s
by Colgate-Palmolive as part of a large collection of cartoon character
soakies. (We have many others in stock at this time.) Overall, this
item is in NM to NM+ condition.
COST = $33 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0102059
TOP CAT (Hanna Barbera) soaky -- red vest
During
the mid-1960s, Colgate-Palmolive manufactured many vinyl and plastic figural shampoo
bottles, known as soakies, of famous cartoon characters from several of the major
animation studios in operation at the time. This is one of those soakies, featuring
Top Cat. He wears a black hat and a red vest with yellow buttons, and is shown
popping out of a twisted trashcan bearing his name on it in red block letters. This
item has no damage and retains its original plastic screw-on cap beneath Top Cat's plastic
head. It stands 10" tall and has some paint wear on the red-painted areas on
Top Cat's vest and name. Overall, this item is in EX+ condition. It is one of
two variations that the company made, the other being identical except for having blue
paint where this item has red paint.

TOUCHÉ TURTLE (Hanna Barbera) soaky -- sitting version
This
is the Purex version of the Touché Turtle soaky, which shows him in a sitting position.

mulberry-painted feather on top of Touché's hat and the white-painted eyes. This
item is free of damage and retains its original stopper on the underside. There is
minor paint loss on the crest of the feather, leaving this item in NM- condition overall.
COST = $47 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0598137
TOUCHÉ TURTLE (Hanna Barbera) soaky -- standing version
This
is a 10.5" soaky of Touché Turtle, whose head is made of hard plastic and whose body
and base are made of softer vinyl. It was manufactured as part of Purex's Bubble
Club set and is one of several of these particular soakies that we have in stock at this
time. Touché Turtle has a dark green hat with a white underside. The entire
soaky is dark green in color, with a medium-green coloring on Touché Turtle's face and
chest. This soaky has one neat but fully closed vertical separation on the right
side of Touché Turtle's neck. There are a few spots of paint loss on his chest.
Overall, this soaky is in VG to VG+ condition. Compared to the version of
Touché Turtle where he is in a sitting position, this standing variety is much tougher to
find; and this particular example is a fairly nice one.

NM condition, with minor paint wear on the nose, eyebrows, and tongue being the
