TWEETY (Warner Brothers) Dakin bank

In 1971, Dakin manufactured a number of Warner Brothers cartoon character banks, each showing the character posed with some item that was specific to its personality.  Sylvester was shown with a fish crate, Yosemite Sam with a treasure chest, Speedy Gonzales with a cheese wedge, and so forth.  This one of Tweety stands 10.5" tall and shows him standing atop a grey birdcage with white plastic bars.  Tweety's arms are movable and his head and torso swivel.  The stopper is no longer present.  Overall, this item is in NM- condition, with some fading of the paint on Tweety's beak and some very slight paint loss on his eyelashes and eyebrows being his principal flaws.
