DAISY DUCK (Walt Disney) bisque figurine, playing croquet

  This is a 4" bisque figurine of Daisy Duck, who is shown standing on a patch of dirt as she plays croquet.  She wears matching light green hair bow, blouse, and shoes.   This figurine bears the Walt Disney Productions marking on the underside of the base and, thus, probably dates to the 1970s.  Daisy has no damage of any kind and no paint wear anywhere.  She has some dirtiness on the underside of the figurine's base, where it comes into contact with a tabletop, leaving her in NM+ condition overall.

DAISY DUCK (Walt Disney) jointed plastic figure

  This plastic figure of Daisy Duck is 3.5" tall and is jointed at the arms, head, and waist.  This figure was sold at Epcot Center a number of years ago and is part of a larger set that includes Chip, Dale, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse.  We have some of these items in stock at this time.  Daisy is in virtually perfect condition.

  This is a 4.25" bisque figurine showing Daisy Duck standing on a pair of pale grey ice skates atop an oval "pond" of frozen water.  She wears a green bonnet, a green necktie, a red sweater, white bloomers, and black shoes, and he holds both hands inside of a light blue muff.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured sometime during the 1970s and bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking, but there is no indication anywhere on the figurine regarding who made it.

DAISY DUCK (Walt Disney) squeak toy

  This is a 3.5" vinyl squeak toy of Daisy Duck, who is shown with an oversized head and a rather chubby body.  She holds the sides of her belly and is shown wearing a yellow bow in her hair and a green shirt with a white collar.  When squeezed, Daisy gives off a fairly hearty squeaking sound.  Her head is hinged, enabling it to move up and down as if she were speaking while squeaking.  This item was manufactured in 1980 by Ideal as part of a larger collection of similarly-appearing Walt Disney cartoon character hinged squeak toys.  Daisy bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking.  It is undamaged and in EX+ to NM- condition overall, with a spot of paint loss on the front of her shirt and another smaller one on the back.

  This is a 2.75" bisque figurine showing Daisy Duck seductively posing as she sits in a brown chair on a pale grey rock floor.  She wears a pink bow in her hair, a pink dress with a maroon bodice, yellow stockings, and pink shoes.  The figurine is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured in 1987 but the copyright information underneath the base does not indicate who made it.

  This is a thick rubber bendy figure of Daisy Duck.  Daisy stands about 5.5" tall and was made sometime during the middle to later 1980s.  She is in EX shape overall, with a few small, light marks on her white and purple shirt/skirt areas and one 1/4" scraped area on the back of her green bracelet.

DAISY MAE (Li'l Abner / Dogpatch / Al Capp) composition bank

  This Daisy Mae composition bank from the Li'l Abner comic strip is one of four items released in 1975 (the others were Li'l Abner himself, Mammy Yokum, and Pappy Yokum).  This item stands 7.5" tall  and is in NM condition.  The original generic black rubber stopper is in place on the bottom of the bank; the coin slot is in the back, behind Daisy Mae's calves.

DALLAS role playing game

  This unusual find is a television role playing game featuring the 1980s television series Dallas.  The item appears never to have been used, as all of the original minor character and organizational character cards remain UNdetached on their original sheets.  This set comes with 1 of the 2 original dice (an easily replaceable absent piece), the rules of play booklet, the information booklet for all players/characters to follow, and the original scriptwriter's guide booklet, along with one promotional piece inside of the box.  It also comes with its original box, which has photographic images of most of Dallas' main characters, including Larry Hagman (JR), Patrick Duffy (Bobby), Charlene Tilton (Lucy), Victoria Principal (Pamela), and others.  The contents are in great shape and seem never to have been used.  The box has some edge/surface wear, but is intact, undamaged, and in no worse than near mint condition.  This item was manufactured in 1980 by SPI.

DAPHNE (Scooby Doo / Hanna Barbera) bendy

   This is a 4.75" rubber bendy featuring Scooby Doo's sexy friend, Daphne.  She wears a lime green ascot around her neck, a two-tone purple mini-skirt, and lavender shoes.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured in 1999 by Equity Marketing along with Velma, Shaggy, and Freddie counterparts.

DARKWING DUCK (Walt Disney) bank

  This is a 7" vinyl bank featuring Darkwing Duck, who is shown standing behind and holding onto a blue-grey safe.  He wears a blue-grey hat with a black band, a purple mask, a purple cloak, and a turquoise shirt.  The bank's coin slot is located on the back of Darkwing's cloak and the original stopper is present underneath the safe.  This item was manufactured by Happiness Express, probably during the 1990s.  It bears the Disney China copyright marking and is in virtually perfect condition.

DARKWING DUCK (Walt Disney) PVC figure

  This is a 2.25" PVC figure showing Darkwing Duck posing with both arms bent akimbo on the hips.  He wears a purple hat and a matching cloak and jacket, and the cloak is flowing behind him toward his right side.  This item is in NM+ condition.  This item was manufactured in 1992, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

DARTH VADER (Star Wars) vinyl figure

  This is an 11" solid vinyl figure of Darth Vader, who is shown standing with both hands resting on his belt, just beside the silver buckle.  There is no indication anywhere on this figure regarding who made Darth or when he was manufactured, although our best guess is that this is a 1980s piece.  It is undamaged and has virtually no paint wear, but there are several light surface scuff marks on the back (probably the result of a child playing with Darth).  Overall, this item is in near mint condition.

DARTH VADER (Star Wars) Christmas ornament

  This is an all-black 4.5" heavy-duty resin Christmas ornament of Darth Vader, who is shown standing with his right arm akimbo on the hip while holding up his left arm and fist in triumph.  The ornament is in mint condition and it comes with its original box and its original clear-plastic protective insert.  Darth was manufactured in 2006 by Kurt Adler as part of a small set of Star Wars character ornaments.

DARTH VADER (Star Wars) soaky

  This is an 8.5" vinyl soaky of Darth Vader, who is entirely black in color.  He stands with his arms folded across his chest, legs together, helmet on his head, cloak dangling down to his feet.  This item is in mint, sealed, unused condition and still contains all of its original shampoo.  Darth was manufactured as part of a complete set of Star Wars character soakies by Omni Cosmetics Corp. during the early 1980s.

DARTH VADER (Star Wars) figural soap

  This is a nearly-perfect condition bar of black Darth Vader bath soap, complete with its original box.  The soap itself is 3.75" tall and 2.5" wide.  The box has very minor shelf wear but is intact and undamaged.  This item was manufactured in 1981 by Omni Cosmetics Corporation along with other Star Wars character figural soap bars.  (We have Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia in stock at this time, too.)   The back of the package contains a film image of Darth Vader and a brief "bio" about him:  "This towering giant is the evil leader of the Imperial Forces.  He is the most powerful villain in the galaxy.  That's what makes him so great at rubbing out dirt and grime.  Lather up with Darth Vader and feel like a giant yourself."  How tacky!!

DATA (Star Trek -- Next Generation) action figure

  This is the posable Lieutenant Commander Data action figure, released by Galoob in 1988.   It is among the oldest and earliest pieces of memorabilia made for the Star Trek: The Next Generation television series.  Data comes with his phaser and tricorder analyzer.  This item is in mint condition, having never been removed from the clear-plastic blisterpack (which is without damage) or its original cardboard mounting card (which is without damage or wear).  The mounting card measures nearly 9" tall by 6.75" wide.

DATA (Star Trek -- Next Generation) action figure

  This is a jointed vinyl action figure of Lieutenant Commander Data from the television series, Star Trek: The Next Generation.  It comes complete with its Starfleet action base, type II hand phaser, diagnostic testing unit with monitor, tricorder with holster, and android access panels.  This item was manufactured by Playmates in 1992.  It is in mint condition, having never been removed from its clear-plastic blisterpack (which is in nearly perfect condition) or its original 10.25" by 7.5" cardboard mounting card (which is without wear or damage).

DAVY CROCKETT tin wind-up toy -- Stagecoach and Frontier Wagon

This beautiful item is a rare 1950s tin wind-up toy featuring Davy Crockett.  The toy consists of two pieces.  One is a frontier wagon, complete with a yellow Conestoga wagon cover and two horses, along with the driver that is located inside of the Conestoga cover.  The other piece consists of a stage coach, complete with two horses, a driver, and faux-luggage on top of the stagecoach.  These parts are in NM to NM+ condition, with no damage and only slight, small, surface scratches on them.  The toys are both 2.5-3" tall and both are 4-4.5" long.  Best of all, they come with their original box, which has beautiful colorful graphics on the front, top, and bottom.  The box has a tear in the upper left-hand corner, but no part of it is missing and overall, this tear diminishes the prettiness of the box only slightly.  This item was manufactured by Linemar.

DEANNA TROI (Star Trek -- Next Generation) action figure

  Although the picture for this item came out purplish in color when it was scanned, please rest assured that there is NO discoloration of any kind with this item.  This is the 1993 Playmates action figure of Counselor Deanna Troi.  She comes complete with her Starfleet action base, PADD, portable computer gear, desktop viewer, and tricorder.   This item is in mint condition, having never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original cardboard mounting card.  The blisterpack is in NM condition, with a tiny spot of denting on the top.  The mounting card is without damage, too, but has a small bend toward the bottom right-hand corner.  This item's package measures 10" tall by 7.5" across.

DENNIS THE MENACE plush doll

  This is an 11" plush doll of Dennis the Menace, who is shown wearing a blue-and-white striped cloth shirt, red cloth overalls, and black-and-white shoes.  He holds his arms outward from his body and has swirling yellow hair that almost looks like a lemon ice cream soft-serve swirl.  This doll was manufactured in 1992 by Nanco.  Dennis retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in great shape and sewn securely into his left side.

DENNIS THE MENACE rubber doll

  This is a 13.5" rubber doll of Dennis the Menace, who comes with all of his original clothing, consisting of red cloth overalls and a white-and-blue striped cloth shirt.  One of the two metallic buttons on Dennis' overalls has been replaced by a small safety pin, and judging from the look of that pin, this was done many years ago.  The doll is in NM+ condition otherwise.  It was manufactured in 1958 but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

DENNIS THE MENACE Christmas ornament -- trumpet

  This is a 4" ceramic Christmas ornament showing Dennis the Menace wearing a long, floppy Santa Claus hat, a blue-and-white striped shirt, red overalls, and black shoes.  In his hands, he holds a gold trumpet.  This item is in NM+ condition, with two specks of paint loss on the edge of the trumpet being its only flaw.  Dennis retains his original gold lame hanging cord and his original manufacturer's copyright sticker.  It shows that he was manufactured by Presents / Hamilton Gifts in 1988.

DENNIS THE MENACE beanbag doll

  This is a combination hard-stuffed and beanbag-style doll of Dennis the Menace, measuring 9" from hair to feet.  He has yellow felt hair with black accents, a firmly stuffed head with flattened-out, sticking-out ears, a light blue shirt, red bib-style shorts, and darker blue legs/feet.  His torso and feet are stuffed like a beanbag doll.  Dennis the Menace was manufactured by Mighty Star in 1983.  He retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into the back of his shirt.  He also retains his original "do not remove under penalty of law" stuffed toys label.  He has no damage or markings anywhere on him, and his only flaw (which is an extremely minor one) is that part of his hair has folded over.

DEPUTY DAWG (Terrytoons) soaky -- blue/yellow/grey version

  This is the grey, blue, and yellow version of Colgate-Palmolive's two 1960s-era Deputy Dawg soakies; the other is chestnut/brown, yellow, and white in color.  This one measures 8.5" tall, and the red cowboy hat unscrews to allow access to where the shampoo used to be contained.  This item is in NM condition, with minor paint wear along the bottom of Deputy Dawg's vest and the bottom points of his badge.  The soaky is free of cracks and damage.

DEWEY (Donald Duck / Walt Disney) doll

  This is an 8" plush doll of Donald Duck's nephew, Dewey, who has a vinyl head, vinyl hands, and vinyl feet.  He is shown in a seated position and wears a blue shirt with a white "D" on it and a black-and-blue baseball cap.  In his right hand, Dewey holds a gold telescope.  This item was manufactured along with Huey and Louie counterparts by Applause.  Bearing the Walt Disney Company copyright marking on his manufacturer's label, Dewey probably dates to the mid-1980s.  He is undamaged but does have a few small spots of blue paint on his face, seemingly manufacturer's oversights during the production process.  Overall, Dewey is in near mint condition.

DEWEY (Donald Duck / Walt Disney) jointed vinyl figure

  Here, we are offering a 5" jointed vinyl figure of Donald Duck's nephew, Dewey, originally sold as part of a four-character set (Donald, Huey, Dewey, and Louie) made available during the 1970s by Dakin.  Dewey wears a blue-and-white baseball cap and a blue shirt.  He has movable arms and legs, and a pivoting head.  This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and is in virtually perfect condition.

DEWEY (Donald Duck / Walt Disney) ceramic figurine -- sitting

  This is a 2.75" ceramic figurine showing Donald Duck's nephew, Dewey, sitting with his feet extended in front of him.  He is holding his feet and is smiling happily.  Dewey wears a blue shirt and a blue-and-white cap on his head.  He bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1960s or 1970s.  There is no indication of who made him, though.  This item has no chips or damage anywhere on it, and there are just a few tiny specks of paint loss on his shirt.  Overall, this figurine is in NM+ condition.

DEXTER (Dexter's Laboratory) vinyl figure

  This is a 4.5" jointed vinyl figure of Dexter, from the Cartoon Network's animated cartoon series Dexter's Laboratory.  He has movable arms and a swiveling head and legs.  Dexter is shown with orange hair, black glasses, purple gloves, a white lab coat, and black feet/pants.  He was manufactured in 2000 and his copyright information gives no indication whatsoever about who made him.  He is undamaged and in NM to NM+ condition, with three very small spots on his chin and back of the head.

DICK DASTARDLY (Wacky Races / Hanna Barbera) doll

  This is an 8.5" stuffed cloth doll of Dick Dastardly.  He wears a red-and-navy-blue hat with white-and-green felt goggles on it, a navy blue pea coat, red gloves, and black leggings and shoes.  The doll is in EX condition, mint other than the fact that Dick Dastardly is missing his glued-on felt left eye.  He was manufactured in 1991 by Sun.L along with numerous other Wacky Races character dolls.

DICK TRACY magnifying glass

  This oddball and tough-to-find item is a plastic magnifying glass that is attached to a red vinyl casing.  It is in mint, unused condition and is still sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and still mounted on its original 7x5" cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card bears an image of Dick Tracy holding his very own magnifying glass.  This item was manufactured by Larami and it probably dates to the early 1970s.

DICK TRACY soaky

  During the mid-1960s (1965 in this specific instance), Colgate-Palmolive manufactured a large number of cartoon character shampoo bottles, known to collectors as soakies.  This is the Dick Tracy soaky, standing 10" tall.  It has a vinyl body and a plastic head.  Dick Tracy is shown wearing a yellow hat with a black band across it, a yellow trenchcoat, black necktie, black pants, and black shoes.  This item retains its original plastic screw-on cap beneath Dick Tracy's neck.  It is free of damage and shows only minor signs of paint wear, leaving it in near mint condition.

DICK TRACY crime lab play set

  This is a 12x6" plastic Crime Lab Set featuring Dick Tracy, who is shown on the upper right-hand corner of the cardboard mounting card holding an orange packet of clues.  This play set consists of a fingerprint pad, a stamp pad, a black plastic toy pistol, a clue packet, a magnifying glass, and a silvery plastic police badge.  The item is in mint, unused condition with all contents remaining sealed inside of the original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card has minor edge wear and curvature, but the toy itself is in perfect shape.  It was manufactured by Ja-Ru and probably dates to the 1970s.

DICK TRACY watch

  This unusual find is the Dick Tracy Official Police Watch, consisting of a silver watch with a black plastic strap and a pale green face.  The item is in mint, unused condition and is still sealed inside of its original blisterpack and still mounted on its original 7x4" cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card shows Dick Tracy looking at the time on his own Official Police Watch, and also another panel of him telling an escaping criminal to Halt.  This item was manufactured by Larami Corp. in 1973.  This item could not possibly be in nicer condition!

DICK TRACY, LITTLE ORPHAN ANNIE, MOON MULLINS, JOE PALOOKA Kiddie Kamera

d0199055.jpg (23507 bytes)  This is a VERY rare and VERY old filmstrip toy known as a Kiddie Kamera.  One side of the "kamera" shows four of the featured comic strip characters (including, among others, Little Orphan Annie and Dick Tracy); the other side shows four others and has the metal turn-knob for the camera images.  On top of the black plastic there is a viewing hole.  When you hold the item up to the light and look through the hole, a comic strip appears.  By turning the knob, the storyline unfolds.  This item is 1.5" tall and 2.75" long.  Best of all, it comes with its original box.   The box is complete and in pretty decent shape.  One side has some small stains on it; the other has a small puncture in it.  The decals on the Kiddie Kamera itself are complete and intact, showing minor signs of wear along the edges.   Overall, this item is in EX to EX+ condition and comes with a VG box.  It was manufactured in 1934 by Allied Manufacturing Company.

DILBERT foam rubber figure

  This is a 6.5" foam rubber figure of Dilbert, probably intended for use as a stress reliever.  It can be squeezed out of shape and then, slowly, it returns to its present appearance.  Nothing quite like squeezing the heck out of poor hapless Dilbert to bring your workday back into perspective!!  He wears a white short-sleeved dress shirt, a red-and-black necktie that curls upward, black pants, white socks, and black shoes.  He was manufactured sometime during the later 1990s and the copyright information does not indicate who made him.  Dilbert is undamaged and in NM+ condition.

DILBERT cloth doll

  This is a 9.25" stuffed cloth doll of Dilbert, who is shown standing with both arms extended sideways from his body.  He wears a white shirt, black pants, black shoes, and an upwardly-curved red-and-black striped necktie.  This doll is in NM+ condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label, which is also in nice condition and sewn securely into Dilbert's rear end.  It shows that he was manufactured by Commonwealth Toy and Novelty Company.  Although undated, this item was probably made sometime during the early 2000s.

DILBERT candy dispenser

  This fun item is a 7" plastic candy dispenser--specifically, an M&Ms candy dispenser--showing Dilbert sitting in his blue office chair in front of his computer terminal, left hand on the keyboard and right hand about to click on his mouse.  When the mouse is held down, Dilbert's hands move up and down, to simulate typing movement, and his head pivots from side to side.  This action then releases candy from underneath his desk.  The item works just fine and is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by OddzOn Inc. and it probably dates to the later 1990s or early 2000s.

DILBERT head doll

  This is a 5.25" stuffed doll showing Dilbert from the black-and-red striped necktie upward.  He wears black glasses with white lenses as well as a white shirt collar.  The doll has a rounded bottom that is filled with a beanbag-type filling.  It is in EX+ condition, with one green mark on Dilbert's left eyeglass lens and some minor dinginess on his white shirt.  The doll was manufactured by GGIL and was named a Silly Slammers doll by the maker.  Although undated, Dilbert probably was made during the early 2000s.

DILBERT Christmas doll

  This fun item is a 20" stuffed cloth doll of Dilbert, who is all decked out for Christmas.  He wears a Santa Claus hat, a white shirt, a red-and-green striped necktie, black pants, black shoes, one red sock, and one green sock.  Inside of his shirt pocket, instead of pens, he has two candy canes.  The doll is in mint condition and it comes with its original hang tag.  Dilbert was manufactured by Toy Factory sometime during the later 1990s or earlier 2000s.

  This is a 4" transparent red plastic cookie cutter showing Dinky Duck happily walking along.  The dark vertical line going through his head and body is actually the cookie cutter's handle showing through the item from its reverse side.  This item was manufactured in 1956 and it has a Loew's Inc. copyright.  It was made as part of a set that also included Jerry, Droopy Dog, and Barney Bear.  Dinky Duck is in near mint condition, with minor edge wear on his cutting side high points being his only flaw.
