BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) shaggy plush doll

This is a 16-17" shaggy plush doll of Big Bird, who has stuffed cloth legs, a vinyl face, yellow felt hands, and yellow yarn strands for hair and a tail.  The doll is undamaged but has been played with, with light surface soiling (not staining) and minor wear in evidence.  There are also two small surface holes in the material covering Big Bird's legs; but these are not letting any of the interior stuffing out, nor are they in any danger of doing so.  Overall, the doll is in EX condition.  It was manufactured by Child Horizons sometime during the 1970s or earlier 1980s.
