This is a 5" lightweight
vinyl figure of Strawberry Shortcake, who is shown standing on a round green
base. Behind her, there is an overflowing basket of strawberries.
She is shown wearing her usual attire, including a puffy pink hat decorated with
strawberries (what else?!), a red dress with a white apron, white bloomers,
white socks with green markings, and tan shoes with red laces. This item
was manufactured by American Greetings in 1980. It is free of damage and
paint wear, although for some reason it was painted rather carelessly in the
first place.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE lamp
This is a lamp of
Strawberry Shortcake, who sits 5.5" tall. The lamp is made of bisque
and it shows Strawberry Shortcake resting on the grass, leaning against a large
strawberry. The lamp comes with a pink corrugated paper lampshade, and the
lamp works when it is plugged in. It is in virtually perfect condition,
although the lampshade has some crinkling on the pleats. This item was
manufactured in 1981 by American Greetings.

This is a 3.5"
wax birthday candle showing Strawberry Shortcake standing amidst a tall green
numeral 1. This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed
inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original red
cardboard mounting card. The blisterpack has a slice in its lower
right-hand corner, but is intact. This candle was manufactured by American
Greetings in 1982.

to sell for $7.50 at Sears. This price sticker covers the copyright
sticker, so we cannot tell precisely when this item was manufactured. In
all likelihood, this item was made by American Greetings during the early 1980s,
though.

minor paint loss, leaving it in near mint condition. It was manufactured
sometime during the 1980s by American Greetings as part of a complete 0-9
numeral figurines set.

and smiles sweetly. This item has no damage but does have some paint loss
on the sides of the strawberry, particularly on the upper portion of the trinket
box. Overall, this item is in EX condition. It was manufactured by
WWA in 1981.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE pedestal-style candle holder
This is a
3.25" ceramic candle holder, shaped like a cylinder with two concentric
indentations on the top to enable candles of different sizes to be put into
place. The item is white with gold bands across the upper and lower
circumferences. The front has an image of Strawberry Shortcake and her pet
cat, Custard, standing before a wooden crate and a large strawberry plant.
The caption above them says Life is just the berries! This item has
no damage and very minimal wear, leaving it in NM+ condition. It has a red
felt protective undercovering, and no indication anywhere on the item as to who
made it or when it was manufactured. In all likelihood, this item dates to
the earlier 1980s and it was probably made by WWA or American Greetings.

This berry cute
item (sorry . . . couldn't resist the temptation to say that!) is a 3.5"
tin container featuring Strawberry Shortcake. The container is red with
white polka dots and bears an image of Strawberry Shortcake sitting on several
large green leaves. She wears her usual outfit consisting of a poofy pink
bonnet decorated with strawberries, a red dress with black polka dots, white
apron, green tie, green-and-white striped socks, and red shoes. This item
was manufactured by American Greetings in 1980. It has no damage or dings
in the tin and very minor use-related wear, leaving it in near mint condition.

This is a 6"
metal twin-bell alarm clock showing Strawberry Shortcake strolling along, waving
hello with her right arm, and carrying a basket overflowing with strawberries in
her left hand. The clock was manufactured by Bradley for American
Greetings in 1981. Both the time and alarm functions work just fine.
This item has a pink casing, red bells, brass trim, and red hands. It has
been used before but only gently and is in no worse than near mint condition.

This is a
4.25" composition Christmas ornament showing Strawberry Shortcake sitting
atop a bell-shaped pink dome that is adorned with holly leaves and
berries. The ornament retains its original thin gold lame hanging
cord. It was manufactured by American Greetings in 1982. The item's
only flaw is the absence of the original copyright sticker, which was placed
over the mold hole on the underside of the dome on which Strawberry Shortcake
sits.

This is a package

items are in mint condition, remaining sealed inside of their original
packaging. They were manufactured in 1980 by American Greetings. The
upper 1/2" of the back of the package appears to be somewhat faded, but it
is undamaged and, as mentioned above, the cards themselves are in perfect
condition.

This is a
3.25" cylindrical metal candle holder featuring Strawberry Shortcake.
The sides of the canister are adorned with images of strawberries and strawberry
vines. The lid shows Strawberry Shortcake sitting atop a large strawberry,
below which is the caption Life is Delicious! The candle inside has
a gentle strawberry scent and it appears to have been used one time for a short
while, leaving about 95% of the original candle intact. The canister is in
nice condition, with minor wear on the lid, as you can see in the photograph
accompanying this description. This item was manufactured in 1981 by
American Greetings.

This uncommon find
is a 5" porcelain basket-shaped candy dish with metallic handles. It
shows Strawberry Shortcake sitting atop the pink "H" in the word
"Hi" as she watches a number of birds nearby. The pink lettering
on this item says Treat yourself to a yummy day. The basket was
manufactured by WWA in 1980. It is in NM+ condition.

This is a package
containing two 36" shoelaces featuring Strawberry Shortcake. The
package shows Custard playing with her left shoelace while she ties the one on
her right shoe. This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains
sealed inside of its original box which says, in red lettering, One Two...Tie
My Shoe. The back (and continuing onto the side) of the package shows
Strawberry Shortcake and a few of her friends by a roadside strawberry stand,
with the captions Special Laces...Smiling Faces and Strawberry's
friends have their own laces, too! This item was manufactured in 1981
by American Greetings.

This is a
2.5x3.75" porcelain trinket box showing Strawberry Shortcake watering the
strawberry plants in her wooden window box. Behind her, the wooden
shutters are opened as she holds the watering can in her left hand. The
caption beneath her says Home sweet home is best! Although the
caption appears to be washed out in the photograph accompanying this
description, that is merely camera glare and the item itself is not worn at
all. It is in virtually perfect condition and was manufactured by WWA in
1980.

This is a 6"
tall (when positioned as shown in the picture) metal lunch pail featuring
Strawberry Shortcake. The pail is shaped like a rectangle and is covered
with lithography to make it look like a straw picnic basket. The lid fits
snugly on top and has images of strawberries all over it. This item was
manufactured in 1980 by Chein. It is undamaged and overall is in EX+ to
NM- condition. Its principal flaw is some scraping of the paint along the
upper rim, where the lid fits onto the top of the lunch pail (resulting from
closing and removing the lid).

This is a
3.25" porcelain cylindrical votive candle holder showing Strawberry

three fleabites on the upper rim, one of which is clearly visible in the
photograph accompanying this description. Overall, it is in VG+ condition,
downgraded exclusively because of those fleabites. It was manufactured by
American Greetings in 1980.

white apron with green diamonds, white bloomers, white socks with green stripes,
and brown shoes. Strawberry Shortcake's bonnet has four holes in it and
her dress has three holes in it to allow the aroma from the potpourri contents
to escape. This item retains its original gold lame hanging cord and its
original plastic stopper. It was manufactured by American Greetings in
1983. This item has no damage and only slight traces of paint loss,
leaving it in NM+ condition.

This is the 1983
Strawberry Shortcake Berry Cycle, manufactured by Kenner. It is made of
plastic and stands 5" tall and is 6.5" from front to back. It
features green leafy handlebars and a green leafy frame, pink wheels, a red
seat, and a yellow basket. As the box indicates, this item did not come
with the doll or any other accessories. This item is in mint condition and
was taken out of its box for the first time ever when we photographed it for
this listing. It comes with its original cardboard insert and its original
box, both of which are in great shape.

This unusual find
is a 3.25" tall by 3.75" diameter ceramic candle holder, featuring
Strawberry Shortcake. The item is white, with gold trim. The front
of the candle holder shows Strawberry Shortcake sitting at a picnic table
preparing to cook (or eat) her strawberry preserves. The red caption
beside her says Enjoy life--it's delicious! The candle is supposed
to be placed in the indented portion on top of the holder, and melt from
there. This item was made by Guild House for American Greetings in
1980. It is in mint condition and still retains its original
manufacturer's copyright sticker and its original red felt protective
undercovering. The edges of the felt are dirty, but that is just from
being moved about over the years, and the felt is 100% intact.

This is a
4.25" tall by 1.75" thick pillow-style stuffed cloth Christmas
ornament showing Strawberry Shortcake decorating a yellow door with a large
holly wreath. The ornament is shaped like a ball-style Christmas ornament,
but is flatter. It has a red background that is decorated with a border of
white pine needles. This item is part of a set of Strawberry Shortcake
pillow-style ornaments, a few of which we have in stock at this time. It
is in mint condition and probably dates to the 1980s.

This is a
2.25" PVC figure showing Strawberry Shortcake carefully balancing herself
atop her pink strawberry-scented skateboard. The figure is in mint
condition and it has never been removed from its original clear-plastic
blisterpack (which is slightly crinkled, but intact and undamaged) or its
original cardboard mounting card. The back of the mounting card has
colorful graphics showing all of the items from which this particular figure
originally came. Strawberry Shortcake was manufactured by Kenner in 1982.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE musical trinket box
This tough-to-find
item is a 5.75" musical trinket box, showing Strawberry Shortcake sitting
on top of a pile of strawberries in a mustard-colored basket. She sits
with both legs in front of her, wearing her usual attire consisting of a poofy
pink bonnet adorned with strawberries (what else?!), red dress, white apron with
green diamonds on it, white bloomers, white-and-green socks, and brown
shoes. When the basket is opened, the musical plays It's a Small World.
There is a small mirror inside and a shallow area to store a few trinkets.
The music works very well. This item was manufactured in 1981 for American
Greetings by Adam Joseph Industries. One of the support pegs underneath
the basket (used to stabilize it on a tabletop) has been replaced.
Otherwise, this item is in great, working condition.

manufactured by WWA in 1980. It is undamaged, but it does have paint loss
on the top of Strawberry Shortcake's bonnet and on top of several of the
strawberries. Overall, this item is in EX condition, downgraded only due
to the paint loss.

top. a red dress with a white apron, white bloomers, white-and-green striped
socks, and brownish-orange shoes. She was manufactured by American
Greetings in 1983. This ornament retains its original gold lame hanging
cord and its original gold foil copyright sticker. It is in mint condition
and the sticker is entirely intact, with a single piece folded under itself.

This is a 3"
satin Christmas ornament featuring Strawberry Shortcake. Here, she
decorates a Christmas tree with candy canes and strawberries, along with her
young boy friend. The ornament is in mint condition and it comes with its
original box. There is a torn area on the surface of the upper exterior
side of the box, where the item's previous owner carelessly removed the original
price sticker. The box is otherwise intact and in nice condition.
This ornament was manufactured in 1982 by American Greetings as part of
a larger satin ball-style Strawberry Shortcake ornament set.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE flower-shaped trinket box
This is a vinyl
flower-shaped trinket box, measuring 4.5" in diameter. The center
features a pink disk with a raised-relief image of Strawberry Shortcake watering
her berry basket. The red-lettering caption above her says Little
things mean a lot. This item was manufactured by WWA in 1982.
The original gold foil manufacturer's sticker is intact underneath the
base. This item is undamaged and has no paint wear, with some dirt on the
sides. The dirt has begun to come off with a gentle attempt at cleaning
the item, but some still remains and may come off with a greater scouring.
At present, this item is in NM to NM+ condition. If all of the dirt comes
off, it would be in mint condition.

This cute item is a
5.5" tall by 7.25" long plastic toothbrush holder featuring Strawberry
Shortcake. She is shown sitting on a grassy mound beside a tall
strawberry. The strawberry is removable (presumably for washing) and the
top of the strawberry can be opened. Inside of it, things like small tubes
of toothpaste, small children's bars of soap, dental floss, and other toiletries
can be stored. In her seated pose, Strawberry Shortcake's hands are
positioned in such a way as to allow her to hold a child's toothbrush,
too. This item was manufactured by Adam Joseph Industries for American
Greetings in 1981. It is in NM+ condition.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE metal canister
This is a 5"
tall metal canister showing Strawberry Shortcake sitting with a boy and her
puppy in front of her berry house. The canister has a 4" diameter and
a removable lid. It was manufactured by American Greetings in 1980.
It is free of damage and rust, and paint wear is very minimal. Inside of
the canister, there are a number of very small dots and marks, seemingly the
result of the canister having been used by its previous owner to store
crayons. With a careful cleaning, these may come off, but we are uncertain
of this. If they do not come off, as is, this item is in EX+
condition. If they do come off, then the item would improve to NM
condition. In either event, they are minor AND they are located on the
INSIDE of the canister, visible only when the lid is removed.

This is a 4.5"
porcelain covered sugar bowl featuring Strawberry Shortcake, who is shown

on. The raspberry-colored lettering beside her says Love is the treat
that's extra sweet. This item is in mint condition and it comes with a
small plastic spoon that may or may not be the original (we do not know what
that looked like, so cannot say one way or the other whether that piece is
original). It was manufactured by WWA in 1980.

This is a package
of six pink corrugated paper candy cups with reinforced paper stand-up labels
showing Strawberry Shortcake sitting on a blanket of strawberry plant leaves,
with a basket of strawberries beside her. These items are in mint, unused
condition and they remain sealed inside of their original cellophane
packaging. They were manufactured by Pioneer Products in 1980. The
package's paper header has some damage above the word "cups" where the
item's previous owner carelessly removed the original price sticker. The
header card/paper is intact, but this surface damage is present.

This is a
3.25" porcelain bell showing Strawberry Shortcake watering her strawberry
plants in her garden as her pet cat watches. The pink-lettering caption
above and below her says Laughter is the sweetest sound. This bell
was manufactured in 1980 by WWA. It is free of damage and retains its
original clapper. The bell's only flaw is some wear on the gold trim on
the heart-shaped handle. Overall, this item is in no worse than near mint
condition.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE rotating musical
This is a
5.75" plastic wind-up musical shaped like a strawberry, featuring
Strawberry Shortcake. When the sun on the front of the musical is wound
up, the sun rotates as does the picture scenery in the window just above it, to
reveal a number of sunny summer day scenes of Strawberry Shortcake and friends
having outdoor fun. The music plays just fine, although it is a bit on the
slow side, and the rotating mechanisms of the sun and the picture disk both work
