SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) bendy figure

  This is a 5" rubber bendy figure of Sylvester, manufactured as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes cartoon character bendies in 1988.  The copyright information does not indicate who made this item.  Sylvester has one very small (1/8") tear in the rubber, on the back of his left thumb (visible in the picture if you look carefully).   He has numerous very small spots of minor paint loss, too.  Overall, he is in VG to VG+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) liquor decanter

  This is a 6" ceramic liquor decanter showing Sylvester standing with both hands on his belly, on a "grassy" area.  The decanter is in NM+ condition and it retains its original cardboard hang tag (which has considerable wear, but which remains intact) and its original alcoholic beverage exportation sticker.  The decanter originally held Amaretto.  It was manufactured in Italy in 1975 by Alpa as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character liquor decanters.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) light blue plastic figure

  This is a 5.25" solid plastic light blue figure of Sylvester, who is shown standing with his tail curled up behind him, with his right arm upwardly bent and his index finger raised.  This item was manufactured by Dakin in 1976 as part of a large set of monochromatic, solid plastic, varied-colors Looney Tunes characters.  Sylvester is in NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) Christmas ornament -- hand to cheek

  This is a 3.25" composition Christmas ornament showing Sylvester standing with his left hand on his belly and his right hand touching his cheek.  The ornament was manufactured in 1981 by Gorham as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character ornaments.  Sylvester is in mint condition and he retains his original gold lame hanging cord.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) squeak toy

  This is a 5.5" vinyl squeak toy showing Sylvester looking positively evil, as he stands crouched forward with his hands clasped together beneath his chin, evil, conniving expression on his face.  When squeezed, this item gives off a gentle squeaking sound.  It was manufactured by Vo-Toys in 1994 as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character dog / squeak toys.  Sylvester is in mint condition and he remains sealed inside of his original packaging.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) flocked figure

  This is a 5" flocked plastic, jointed figure of Sylvester.  He was manufactured in 1988 by Lucky Bell as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes flocked figures.  Sylvester is in mint condition and has never been removed from his original clear plastic blisterpack or his original cardboard mounting card.  The blisterpack is undamaged but does have some crinkling on the edges.  The mounting card generally is in nice condition, with some edge curling and a small surface tear in the upper right-hand corner where, we presume, Sylvester's previous owner removed his original price sticker.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) Christmas stocking

  This plush Christmas stocking features Sylvester, and is approximately 21" from top to bottom.  It shows Sylvester wearing a red Santa Claus hat with a sprig of mistletoe on it, and the stocking itself is red with a white top.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured in 1990 along with Tweety, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Tasmanian Devil counterparts.  The copyright information does not indicate who made Sylvester.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) rolypoly

  This is a 5.75" plastic rolypoly showing Sylvester with his tongue sticking out of the right side of his mouth.  He holds both paws in front of him, and the front of the rolypoly is painted to make it appear as if he wears a yellow necktie with black polka dots, blue suspenders, and red-and-white striped trousers.  When Sylvester is batted about, he always uprights due to the weight inside of his body, and he chimes.  This item was manufactured in 1978 along with a Tweety counterpart.  It is undamaged but the item, particularly the back of it, does have paint loss.  Overall, Sylvester is in VG- to VG condition, downgraded solely for the paint loss just mentioned.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) PVC figure -- fireman

  This is a 2.75" PVC figure, showing Sylvester dressed as a fireman.  He wears a yellow fireman's hat and a black slicker, and is shown holding a yellow whistle in his raised right hand and a red fire hose with a yellow nozzle in his raised left hand.  This item was distributed by Arby's fast food restaurants as a promotional giveaway in 1989.  Sylvester is in NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) jointed vinyl figure

  In 1976, the R. Dakin Company manufactured several jointed vinyl Looney Tunes figures as part of a Cartoon Theater set.  Included among these figures (among others) were Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig, Wile E Coyote, and this one of Sylvester.  Sylvester is 6.5" tall and has a swiveling head and torso and movable arms.  He has a few very small spots of paint loss on the tips of his hair and fingertips, and one small cracked area in the off-white vinyl above his feet.  Overall, this item is in VG- condition as a result of the flaws just mentioned.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) figural bank

  This is a 9" white vinyl bank shaped like the outline of Sylvester's form, showing him waving with his upwardly-bent left hand while holding his right hand bent akimbo on the hip. The bank's coin slot is located on the back, near Sylvester's head, and money could only be removed by cutting a hole on the underside of the bank.  Amazingly, this bank has no damage and may never have been used.  It was manufactured in 1979 along with a Bugs Bunny counterpart, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.  Sylvester has a faint pink mark on his belly (visible in the photograph accompanying this description) and minor paint loss on his arms and nose.  Overall, this item is in EX+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) solid rubber figure

  This 5" solid rubber figure of Sylvester shows him smiling with his right arm and index finger bent upward.  He was manufactured by Dakin in 1976 as part of a larger collection of Warner Brothers character figures.  Sylvester is in mint condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) PVC baseball player

  In 1990, Applause released a set of 18 Looney Tunes PVC baseball figurines, with 9 different characters representing various American League teams and those same 9 characters representing various National League teams.  This is the Sylvester National League ballplayer, showing Sylvester as an outfielder for the St. Louis Cardinals.  (We have several of the other items in this series in stock at this time too.)  This item is in mint condition, having never been removed from its original cardboard display box.   The display box has a light crease along the semi-circular area above Sylvester, but no damage of any kind.  This item is 5.75" tall by 3" wide.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) inflatable doll

  This is an 11" inflatable doll of Sylvester, who is shown standing with his left arm resting by his side and his right arm bent forward in front of him, as if he were about to shake hands with someone.  The item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original packaging.  The packaging comes with a colorful header card that shows a photograph of this item and all six of the inflatable dolls comprising the set from which Sylvester originally came.  He was manufactured in 1975 by Carlin Playthings.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) jointed vinyl Dakin bank

  This is an 11.5" tall jointed vinyl bank of Sylvester, who is shown standing on top of a blue-grey fish locker with a bright orange raised image of a fish on the front.   Sylvester was manufactured in 1971 by R. Dakin Company as part of a set of Looney Tunes banks, each featuring a different character standing atop some item that typified that character's personality (e.g., Tweety on a birdcage, Road Runner on a cactus mound, Yosemite Sam on a treasure chest, Speedy Gonzales on a cheese wedge, etc.).  The coin slot is located between Sylvester's feet; the original coin trap is present on the underside of the fish locker.  Sylvester retains his original whiskers and his tail and, overall, is in nice shape.  This item is in NM- condition, with some minor paint loss on the inside tip of Sylvester's tail being the item's principal flaw.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) doll

  This is an 8" soft stuffed, rather lightweight, doll of Sylvester, who is shown with his arms extended outward from his body.  He is smiling widely and has black wiry whiskers on his snout.  This item was manufactured in 1998 by Ace Novelty Company.  All of the original manufacturer's labels are intact and sewn securely into Sylvester's left hip.  This doll is undamaged and it shows only minor signs of having been used or handled, leaving it in NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) cloth refrigerator magnet

  This is a 2.75" stuffed cloth refrigerator magnet showing Sylvester from the neck upward, grinning, against an orange backdrop.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured during the mid-1990s along with Tweety, Bugs Bunny, and Daffy Duck counterparts. There is no indication anywhere on this item as to who made it.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) silver bell

  This is a 2.75" silver bell featuring Sylvester.  He is shown standing atop the bell with his hands poised together in front of his belly.  This item gives a loud tinkling sound when shaken.  It was manufactured in 1988 by the New England Collector's Society as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character bells.  This item has no damage anywhere on it, but does have tarnishing on back and on the interior surface of the bell.  This almost certainly would come off with a simple polishing and tarnish removal process, but we had nothing like this around to spruce Sylvester up.  Once polished, he will be in nearly perfect condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) popcorn plastic wall hanging

  This is an 18" popcorn plastic wall hanging of Sylvester, who is shown walking, both hands extended in front of him, smiling, and looking off toward his right.  He is made of small pieces of plastic that were melted together, leaving the back flat and the front textured.  Sylvester dates to the mid-1970s and was released along with Tweety, Tasmanian Devil, Bugs Bunny (two versions), Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and Road Runner counterparts.  He is in mint condition.  Because of the material from which he is made, he has no copyright information on him.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) hard-stuffed doll

  This is an 8.25" hard-stuffed cloth doll of Sylvester, who is shown standing with his tail raised behind him.  Sylvester has glued-on facial features and two thin polyester "wire" whiskers.  He is in NM to NM+ condition, with light/minor surface dinginess from having been played with over the years being his only flaw.  This doll retains its original manufacturer's label, which remains sewn securely into Sylvester's left foot.  It shows that he was manufactured by Dakin in 1976.  Originally, this item had several counterparts, including Bugs Bunny (a few variations), Tweety, Daffy Duck, and a very tough-to-find Pepe LePew.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) cake topper figure

  In 1979, Wilton manufactured a set of Looney Tunes character cake toppers, consisting of Bugs Bunny as a drum major, Tweety playing a large drum, Daffy playing a saxophone, and this one of Sylvester playing a gold clarinet.  (We currently have the entire set in stock.)  This item is in near mint condition, with minor spots of paint loss on Sylvester's right foot and on the back of his head being the item's only flaws.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) vinyl pillow doll

  This is a 10" soft vinyl stuffed pillow-style doll featuring Sylvester, who is dressed in street (almost pirate-like) attire.  He wears a yellow bandanna on top of his head, a blue-and-yellow striped shirt, baggy yellow pants, and untied brown boots.  On the top of the doll, there is a suction cup attached, enabling Sylvester to be affixed to and then hung from any smooth, hard surface like a mirror or car window.  This item is in NM to NM+ condition, with no damage, a few minor spots of paint wear on the reverse side, and the number 50 written on the manufacturer's label.  It was manufactured by Good Stuff Corp. in 1993.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) Christmas stocking -- Santa

  This is a 22" plush Christmas stocking of Sylvester, who is shown wearing a Santa Claus hat with a holly sprig on it.  The stocking has one small black spot on the front, near the toe.  This might be cleaned off with a careful washing, but we did not attempt this for fear of damaging the plush.  If it comes off, this item would be in NM+ condition; as it, it probably is EX+ overall.  Sylvester was manufactured by Smithy in 1993.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) bisque bell

  This is a 4.25" bisque bell showing Sylvester sitting on a patch of grass, knees bent in front of him, tongue sticking out of his mouth, with a yellow butterfly net slung over his right shoulder.  This item was manufactured by Price in 1979 as part of a 10-character set.  We have many of Sylvester's counterparts in stock, too, as well as many of the Price bisque figurines which also accompanied the set of bells.  Sylvester is in mint condition.

  This is a 2" tall by 2.75" long die-cast metal rolling toy showing Sylvester driving a yellow roadster convertible with white plastic tires.  This item rolls along any smooth, hard surface quite well.  Sylvester was manufactured in 1988 by Ertl as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character die-cast rolling vehicles.  He is free of damage and paint wear is very minimal, leaving this item in NM+ condition.

  This is a 3.5" ceramic Christmas ornament showing Sylvester holding off toward his left side two white gift boxes with green and red ribbons on them.  This item is in mint condition and it comes with its original box.  Sylvester was manufactured in 1979 by Dave Grossman Designs as part of its third annual collection of Looney Tunes character ornaments.

  This is a vinyl mug showing Sylvester's face, complete with his peach-colored tongue sticking out of the left corner of his mouth.  The mug is 3.25" tall and 5.5" from front to back.  It is in NM+ condition and was manufactured in 1995 by Applause as part of a larger collection of "tongue out" Looney Tunes character mugs.

  This is a 3.5x4.75" ceramic mug of Sylvester.  His white tail serves as the mug's handle, and the mug itself is shaped like his grinning face.  This item was manufactured in 1981 by Gorham along with several other Looney Tunes character mugs.  Sylvester is undamaged and in NM+ condition.

  This is a 4.5" stuffed cloth finger puppet of Sylvester, who has an area in his rear end where a finger can be inserted to enable him to be used as a finger puppet.  This item is in mint condition and it comes with its original manufacturer's label and its original cardboard hang tag.  Sylvester was distributed by Starbucks in 2004 as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes character finger puppets.

  This is a 4" tall by 6" long vinyl mug of Sylvester, who is shown from the neck up.  He was manufactured in 1992 by Promotional Partners as part of a larger collectible set of Looney Tunes character vinyl mugs.  Sylvester is undamaged and shows only minor wear.  Overall, this item is in NM to NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) collector's Pepsi glass

  In 1973, Warner Brothers authorized the sale of a large set of cartoon collectible glasses, each featuring a different Looney Tunes star.  In all, 19 glasses made up this set, including this one of Sylvester.  This is a Brockway-style (i.e., thick glass) glass with black lettering for Sylvester's name.  A white Pepsi logo appears above the tail between the two images of Sylvester.  The glass' images of Sylvester, all lettering, and the logo are all undamaged, glossy, and tangibly raised off of the surface of the glass.  This item is in nearly perfect condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) die-cast metal figure

  This is a 2.25" die-cast metal figure of Sylvester, who is shown standing and thinking, with his right hand held to his cheek and his left arm bent akimbo on the hip.  The figure is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card has colorful graphics showing several Looney Tunes characters inside of a blue tunnel.  The mounting card has a small area on the right side where the original price tag was removed carelessly (clearly visible in the photograph accompanying this description), but is otherwise in nice condition.  Sylvester was manufactured by Ertl in 1989 as part of a six-item set, all of which are depicted on the back of the mounting card.

  This is a heavy-duty 2" porcelain thimble showing Sylvester evilly peeking out from behind a grey trashcan, as he presumably hunts for Tweety.  This item is in mint condition and it comes with its original box.  It was manufactured in 1998 by Lenox as part of a large collection of figural thimbles featuring various Looney Tunes characters.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) bisque figurine

  In 1979, Price manufactured two sets of bisque Looney Tunes items:  figural bells and figurines.  Both sets consisted of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Wile E Coyote, Road Runner, Tweety, Sylvester, Porky Pig, and Petunia Pig.  We have numerous items from both sets, including this one of Sylvester from the figurine set.   Sylvester is 5" tall and is shown sitting cross-legged atop a low tree stump, on a grassy area that is adorned with one yellow flowers, as he happily holds his head with his left hand.  This item is in nearly perfect condition, with no damage anywhere on it.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) finger puppet

  This is a 3.25" vinyl finger puppet showing Sylvester from the torso upward.  He has shortened, stubby arms that rest by his sides.  This item was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the later 1960s or earlier 1970s.  It is undamaged but does have some paint loss on the tips of Sylvester's hair and on the back of his head and neck, leaving him in VG condition overall.  Originally, this item was sold along with Bugs Bunny, Wile E Coyote, Road Runner, Tweety, and Porky Pig counterparts.

  This is a 3.75" heavy ceramic coffee cup featuring a very frightened Sylvester.  The mug is black and the image of Sylvester is offset with white, red, and flesh-colored accents.  It was manufactured in 1990 as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes cartoon character mugs, but the copyright information does not indicate who the manufacturer was.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) beanbag doll

  This is a 6.25" cloth doll of Sylvester, who has a beanbag-type filling in his belly.  The doll is in mint condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label.  Sylvester was manufactured in 1999 as part of a large set of Looney Tunes character beanbag dolls that were sold in the now-defunct Warner Brothers Studio Stores.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) Plast-o-Plak set

  This nifty, tough-to-find item is a Sylvester Plast-o-Plak set, manufactured by Ableman Enterprises in 1962.  The set consists of a clear-plastic three-dimensional plastic mold of Sylvester, a bag of dry plaster, paint disks, and a paint brush.  This item has never been used and all of the original parts are present.  The colorful 14x8" cardboard mounting card has two tears in the upper central part, and the clear-plastic blisterpack holding the plaster and paint disks is coming loose from the backing.  The kit itself is in mint condition and the packaging is in VG+ condition . . . still quite nice for such a rare, older Sylvester item!

  This fun item is a 6.5x10" ceramic wall plaque showing Sylvester's evil, scowling face staring at us.  The item was manufactured in 1994 along with Bugs Bunny and Tasmanian Devil counterparts.  Originally, this item was sold in the now-defunct Warner Brothers Studio Stores. Sylvester is undamaged and in NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) PVC figure -- as Bugs Bunny

  This cute PVC figure of Sylvester stands nearly 3" tall.  It shows him wearing a Bugs Bunny costume as he carries a yellow Easter basket filled with pink, green, and blue Easter eggs.  The figure is in NM+ condition.  Sylvester was manufactured in 1999 but his copyright information does not indicate who made him.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) squeak toy -- standing

  This is a 6.75" vinyl squeak toy showing Sylvester standing with his hands behind his back and his tail wrapped around the front of his left foot.  He has a sweet smile on his face, too.  When squeezed, Sylvester gives off a gentle squeaking sound.  He was manufactured by Reliance Products Corp. in 1978.  Overall, Sylvester is in EX condition.  He has a small mark on the back of his left foot, a small area of paint wear behind his left ear, and a rough tip on his highest hair crest.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) small Christmas stocking

  This is a 9" plush Christmas socking showing Sylvester from the mid-chest upward, wearing a Santa Claus hat.  Sylvester is made of a stuffed cloth.  This item has light surface dinginess on the white portion of the stocking and on part of the lower end of Sylvester's muzzle, leaving it in NM to NM+ condition overall.  It was manufactured in 1990 by HGA.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) PVC figure on oval base

  In 1987, this Sylvester PVC figure on the white oval base was distributed as an Arby’s fast food restaurants promotional giveaway along with several other Looney Tunes cartoon characters (Porky Pig, Tweety, Pepe LePew, among others). Each was featured standing on a different colored oval base. Sylvester is 2.25" tall and is shown standing with his arms crossed across his chest. He is in mint condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) figural head mug

  This is a 3.25x6.75" ceramic mug showing Sylvester's smiling face.  The mug is in virtually perfect condition.  It comes with a box (not the original box, but a box just the same) that was used to house a different Looney Tunes mug.  The box is mostly blue, and it has colorful graphics showing a variety of black drawings of Looney Tunes characters.  Sylvester was manufactured by Applause in 1989 as part of a much larger collection of Looney Tunes character figural head mugs.  According to his original price sticker, he used to cost $14.99.

  This is a 4.25" solid PVC figure showing Sylvester standing with his head tilted toward his left side.  He holds his right arm akimbo on the hip and his left hand and index finger raised, as if making a point. This figure was manufactured in 1985 as part of a set of Looney Tunes tilted-head figures.  The copyright information does not indicate who manufactured Sylvester, who is in NM+ condition.
