SONNY (Cocoa Puffs / General Mills / advertising) bank

This is a 5.5" blue plastic bank showing Sonny, the spokesbird for Cocoa Puffs breakfast cereal, standing beside a pink-and-red three-dimensional platform bearing his name.  When money is inserted into the coin slot that is located above his head, Sonny plays music.  This item is in near mint condition, with a small amount of crinkling of the Sonny decal being the item's only flaw.  The musical mechanism works just fine and the bank's coin trap is present underneath it.  Sonny was manufactured by Sutton Place Creations in 1991.
