SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) vinyl mug -- tongue out

  This is a vinyl mug showing Sylvester's face, complete with his peach-colored tongue sticking out of the left corner of his mouth.  The mug is 3.25" tall and 5.5" from front to back.  It is in NM+ condition and was manufactured in 1995 by Applause as part of a larger collection of "tongue out" Looney Tunes character mugs.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) ceramic mug

  This is a 3.5x4.75" ceramic mug of Sylvester.  His white tail serves as the mug's handle, and the mug itself is shaped like his grinning face.  This item was manufactured in 1981 by Gorham along with several other Looney Tunes character mugs.  Sylvester is undamaged and in NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) vinyl mug

  This is a 4" tall by 6" long vinyl mug of Sylvester, who is shown from the neck up.  He was manufactured in 1992 by Promotional Partners as part of a larger collectible set of Looney Tunes character vinyl mugs.  Sylvester is undamaged and shows only minor wear.  Overall, this item is in NM to NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) collector's Pepsi glass

  In 1973, Warner Brothers authorized the sale of a large set of cartoon collectible glasses, each featuring a different Looney Tunes star.  In all, 19 glasses made up this set, including this one of Sylvester.  This is a Brockway-style (i.e., thick glass) glass with black lettering for Sylvester's name.  A white Pepsi logo appears above the tail between the two images of Sylvester.  The glass' images of Sylvester, all lettering, and the logo are all undamaged, glossy, and tangibly raised off of the surface of the glass.  This item is in nearly perfect condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) die-cast metal figure

  This is a 2.25" die-cast metal figure of Sylvester, who is shown standing and thinking, with his right hand held to his cheek and his left arm bent akimbo on the hip.  The figure is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card has colorful graphics showing several Looney Tunes characters inside of a blue tunnel.  The mounting card has a small area on the right side where the original price tag was removed carelessly (clearly visible in the photograph accompanying this description), but is otherwise in nice condition.  Sylvester was manufactured by Ertl in 1989 as part of a six-item set, all of which are depicted on the back of the mounting card.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) bisque figurine

  In 1979, Price manufactured two sets of bisque Looney Tunes items:  figural bells and figurines.  Both sets consisted of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Wile E Coyote, Road Runner, Tweety, Sylvester, Porky Pig, and Petunia Pig.  We have numerous items from both sets, including this one of Sylvester from the figurine set.   Sylvester is 5" tall and is shown sitting cross-legged atop a low tree stump, on a grassy area that is adorned with one yellow flowers, as he happily holds his head with his left hand.  This item is in nearly perfect condition, with no damage anywhere on it.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) finger puppet

  This is a 3.25" vinyl finger puppet showing Sylvester from the torso upward.  He has shortened, stubby arms that rest by his sides.  This item was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the later 1960s or earlier 1970s.  It is undamaged but does have some paint loss on the tips of Sylvester's hair and on the back of his head and neck, leaving him in VG condition overall.  Originally, this item was sold along with Bugs Bunny, Wile E Coyote, Road Runner, Tweety, and Porky Pig counterparts.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) coffee cup

  This is a 3.75" heavy ceramic coffee cup featuring a very frightened Sylvester.  The mug is black and the image of Sylvester is offset with white, red, and flesh-colored accents.  It was manufactured in 1990 as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes cartoon character mugs, but the copyright information does not indicate who the manufacturer was.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) Plast-o-Plak set

  This nifty, tough-to-find item is a Sylvester Plast-o-Plak set, manufactured by Ableman Enterprises in 1962.  The set consists of a clear-plastic three-dimensional plastic mold of Sylvester, a bag of dry plaster, paint disks, and a paint brush.  This item has never been used and all of the original parts are present.  The colorful 14x8" cardboard mounting card has two tears in the upper central part, and the clear-plastic blisterpack holding the plaster and paint disks is coming loose from the backing.  The kit itself is in mint condition and the packaging is in VG+ condition . . . still quite nice for such a rare, older Sylvester item!

  This is a 2.75" PVC figure showing Sylvester standing on a yellow star.  He holds his hands together and is slightly hunched forward, with a diabolical expression on his face.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Applause in 1996 along with several other Looney Tunes character figures on stars.

  This is a 3.25" PVC figure showing Sylvester jumping up into mid-air as a result of getting his tail caught in a yellow mousetrap with a light blue spring.  He flails with his mouth wide open.  The figure is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Tyco in 1994.

  This is a 3.75" ceramic coffee cup showing Sylvester focusing on the completion of a crossword puzzle.  The mug is in mint condition.  It was manufactured in 1997 along with a Tweety counterpart, but the copyright information does not indicate who made the item.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) squeak toy -- standing

  This is a 6.75" vinyl squeak toy showing Sylvester standing with his hands behind his back and his tail wrapped around the front of his left foot.  He has a sweet smile on his face, too.  When squeezed, Sylvester gives off a gentle squeaking sound.  He was manufactured by Reliance Products Corp. in 1978.  Overall, Sylvester is in EX condition.  He has a small mark on the back of his left foot, a small area of paint wear behind his left ear, and a rough tip on his highest hair crest.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) PVC figure on oval base

  In 1987, this Sylvester PVC figure on the white oval base was distributed as an Arby’s fast food restaurants promotional giveaway along with several other Looney Tunes cartoon characters (Porky Pig, Tweety, Pepe LePew, among others). Each was featured standing on a different colored oval base. Sylvester is 2.25" tall and is shown standing with his arms crossed across his chest. He is in mint condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) large PVC figure -- tilted head

  This is a 4.25" solid PVC figure showing Sylvester standing with his head tilted toward his left side.  He holds his right arm akimbo on the hip and his left hand and index finger raised, as if making a point. This figure was manufactured in 1985 as part of a set of Looney Tunes tilted-head figures.  The copyright information does not indicate who manufactured Sylvester, who is in NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) car-shaped PVC

  In 1989, Arby's fast food restaurants released a series of promotional giveaway Looney Tunes PVC figures, with each character shaped like some type of moving vehicle.  This is the Sylvester from that set, who is fashioned to resemble a black car.  He is 2" tall and 3.25" long.  This item is in EX+ condition, with no damage and just a few small spots of minor paint loss.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) PVC figure -- in mousetrap

  This is a 3" PVC figure showing Sylvester jumping in the air, screaming in pain as a result of his tail being caught in a yellow-and-blue mousetrap.  The figure is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original colorful cardboard mounting card.  This item was manufactured by Tyco in 1994 as part of a 12-item set, all of which are pictured on the back of the mounting card.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) chubby vinyl bank

  In 1976, Dakin manufactured a set of four chubby Looney Tunes character banks.  This one of Sylvester was released as part of that set, along with Tweety, Bugs Bunny, and Porky Pig.  (We have them all in stock at this time.)  Sylvester is 6.5" tall.   His raised left arm is movable; the right hand, which rests on his belly, is not.   Sylvester's coin slot is located on the back of his head and his original generic white plastic stopper is present on the underside of his feet.  This item is free of damage and has only minimal paint wear.  It is in near mint condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) picture frame

  This is a 3.5" resin picture frame showing Sylvester from the chest upward, resting his left hand on a red ledge.  He is shown in front of a yellow frame bordered by white light bulbs.  The red caption above him says Sylvester & Me.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Figi Graphics in 1994 along with other Looney Tunes character picture frames.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) hard-stuffed doll

  This is a 9" firmly-stuffed cloth doll of Sylvester, who has two plastic "wiry" whiskers on each side of his red nose.  He is shown standing with both arms resting by his sides.  This doll was manufactured by Dakin in 1977 along with Tweety and Bugs Bunny counterparts.  Sylvester retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into his left heel.  The doll is undamaged and shows only light age-related and play-related soiling (more like minor dinginess than actual soiling), leaving Sylvester in NM to NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) plastic Dakin figure

  Among the many sets of Warner Brothers cartoon character items that Dakin manufactured during the 1960s and 1970s was one that included smaller-sized solid plastic figures of the characters.   This 4.25" tall Sylvester figure comes from that set (and we have others from that set in stock at this time as well) and probably dates to the mid-1970s.  The plastic is free of damage and the item has only small spots of minor paint loss on it, primarily on Sylvester's nose and on his raised hand's fingers.  Overall, this item is in EX+ condition.

  This is a 3.25" plastic refrigerator magnet showing Sylvester standing with his left arm behind his back and his right arm and index finger raised to his cheek.   The magnet is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured in 1988 by Arjon as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes character magnets.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) resin figure

  This is a 4" resin figure showing Sylvester standing on a grassy ground area, holding a bouquet of pink and blue flowers in his left hand.  He wears a red scarf with white hearts on it around his neck and holds his right arm and index finger up.  This item was manufactured in 1997 by Matrix Industries as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character figures.  Sylvester is undamaged and has no paint wear.  This item's only "flaw" is that there is some sticker residue underneath the base, presumably resulting from the removal of the original copyright sticker when Sylvester was in the possession of his previous owner.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) treasure chest bank

  This is a tough-to-find 5.25" ceramic bank showing Sylvester casually reclining atop a locked treasure chest.  The chest is painted to resemble wood with yellow edging, orange reinforcements, and a blue-and-red padlock.  This item retains its original blue-and-silver foil manufacturer's sticker, showing that it was made by Gorham.  This bank was made in 1981 and the original generic black rubber stopper is no longer present underneath it.  There is a tiny (1/32") surface chip by the coin slot, which is visible in the picture accompanying this description.  Sylvester's nose has a few specks of paint loss.  Overall, this item is in NM- condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) skinny bendy

  This is a 7" rubber bendy figure of Sylvester, who is depicted in a very skinny manner.  He has an elongated body with elongated arms and legs to match.  This bendy was manufactured in 1978 with a Bugs Bunny counterpart, but the copyright information does not indicate who made the figure.  All of Sylvester's bendable wires are contained securely inside of his rubber, which is completely undamaged.  With very little paint wear and only minor evidence of use, Sylvester is in no worse than near mint condition.

  This is a 3.5x6.25" ceramic mug showing Sylvester's smiling face.  The mug was manufactured by Applause in 1989 as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character mugs.  It is in NM+ condition and originally sold for $15 (original price sticker remains in place underneath the mug).

  This is a 5.5" red plastic cookie cutter showing Sylvester standing with his right arm by his side as he holds a birdcage in his left hand.  The item appears never to have been used and is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured in 1978, probably by Wilton, as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes cartoon character cookie cutters.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) soaky

  This is the Sylvester soaky that Colgate-Palmolive manufactured during the mid-1960s.  It features Sylvester holding a badminton racket behind his back in his left hand as he holds a shuttlecock in his right hand, by his stomach.  There is a 1/4" crack in the back of the cap, resulting from tightening the soaky's head too much.  This is not visible when the item is displayed and viewed from the front, and is a clean break that would lend itself to being reglued if its new owner wanted to do that.  The soaky has no other damage.  Sylvester has small spots of paint missing on his nose, on the sides of his whiskers, on his hand, on the top of the shuttlecock, and on his right foot.   Overall, this item is in VG- condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) Dakin figure

  This is an 8.75" jointed vinyl figure showing Sylvester standing with his tail raised behind him, with his right arm extended outward and bent upward from his body.  This figure was manufactured by Dakin in 1969 as part of a larger collection of Warner Brothers cartoon figures.  Sylvester retains his original whiskers and is completely free of damage.  With very minor wear, he is in no worse than near mint condition.

  This relatively uncommon find is a 6" ceramic figurine of Sylvester, who is shown standing with both hands on his chest.  The item was manufactured in 1975 along with Bugs Bunny and Tweety counterparts, but the copyright information does not indicate who the manufacturer was.  Sylvester is in mint condition.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) rattling suction cup toy

  This is a 7.25" plastic rattling figure of Sylvester, who is shown standing with both hands resting on his stomach.  He is perched atop a white pedestal, the lower portion of which is a rubber suction cup.  Sylvester's suction cup can be affixed to a baby's or toddler's high chair so that he can be played with while the child eats.  This item is in mint condition, having never been removed from its original packaging.  There is an area on the cardboard header card where Sylvester's previous owner carelessly removed the original price sticker; but the header card is otherwise intact.  This item was manufactured in 1975 by Reliance Products along with a Tweety counterpart.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) vinyl hand puppet

    During the late 1960s, this Sylvester all-vinyl hand puppet was part of a set that was released as a premium giveaway with toothpaste.  The other items in this set included Wile E Coyote, Road Runner, Speedy Gonzales, Tweety, and Yosemite Sam.  (We have the entire set in stock at this time.)  From top to bottom, Sylvester measures 9.75".  He has a soft vinyl head and an all-black, thin vinyl body.  Overall, this item is in NM+ condition, with just a few tiny specks on the vinyl and no paint loss whatsoever.   The body of the hand puppet is wrinkled pretty significantly, but with proper display and keeping, it will straighten out and retain a nicer appearance quite easily.  As you can see from the picture on the right, we also have this item's head (no body) available for separate sale.  The puppet head is in near mint condition, with some faint pink smudge underneath Sylvester's snout being its only flaw.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) miniature Christmas ornament

  This is a 1.75" resin Christmas ornament showing Sylvester as an angel, complete with a pale blue frock with gold trim, white wings behind him, and a gold magic wand with a red 2001 on it.  He is in mint, unused condition and comes with his original mounting card.  Sylvester was manufactured by Trevco Trading Corp. in 2001 along with Bugs Bunny, Marvin Martian, Tasmanian Devil, and Daffy Duck counterparts.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) jointed vinyl Dakin figure

  In 1976, R. Dakin Company manufactured this jointed vinyl figure of Sylvester inside the Looney Tunes T.V. Cartoon Theater box along with a number of other similar figures of other Warner Brothers cartoon characters.  (We have a few of the others in stock at this time too.)  The box is supposed to resemble a vaudeville stage, complete with curtain over Sylvester's head and the marquis easel with the appearing act's name in front of the "stage."  This item is 8" tall and 3.5" wide.   Sylvester himself has never been removed from the box and has two specks of wear on his fingertips from being rubbed over the years.  The Cartoon Theater box--which itself is rather difficult to find nowadays--is complete, with some minor fading and creasing.

  This is a 7.25" heavy-duty resin nodder showing Sylvester standing atop a black oval base with his arms folded on his chest.  The base bears his name in red, raised-relief lettering.  This item bobbles well when the head is touched.  It is in virtually perfect condition and comes with a box that also has its original foam rubber protective insert.  Sylvester was manufactured in 1994 as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character nodders.  He was sold in the now-defunct Warner Brothers Studio Stores.

SYLVESTER (Warner Brothers) barbershop quartet figure

  This is an 8" jointed vinyl figure of Sylvester, originally sold as part of a five-character barbershop quartet set that also included Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety, and Tasmanian Devil.  Sylvester comes with his original red-and-white striped shirt/vest but is missing his yellow vinyl straw hat and cane.  He was manufactured in 1990 by Applause.  This item is undamaged but does have a number of small marks on him that have been resistant to our attempts to remove them.  As is, this item is in EX condition.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) rolling toy

  This is a 1.75" tall by 4" long PVC rolling toy showing Sylvester crouching on his belly with his tail curved forward as he grabs onto a seated Tweety.  When placed onto a hard, smooth surface, the three wheels underneath Tweety and Sylvester enable the toy to be rolled quite well along.  This item was manufactured in 1998 and was distributed as a premium giveaway by Carl's Junior fast food restaurants.  With no damage and only slight paint wear, this toy is in NM to NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) bank -- on safe

  This is a 13" hard vinyl bank showing Sylvester patting Tweety on the head while Tweety stands with both hands/wings behind his back, atop a blue safe that is labeled Tweety's Bank in red lettering.  The bank's coin slot is located behind Sylvester's elbow, on top of the safe, and the original clear-plastic generic stopper is missing.  This item was manufactured by New York Vinyl Products Corp. in 1972.  It is undamaged and has a number of small spots of paint wear scattered about it.  Tweety's eyes are painted black, which may be due to the previous owner's attempts to "improve" this item's appearance.  (We already removed many of these "improvements" but were hesitant to try to do that with the eyes because the original paint is thin there.)  As is, this item is in EX to EX+ condition, and with further careful cleaning, it will probably improve to EX+ to NM- condition.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) musical

  This uncommon find is an 8" bisque musical showing Tweety sitting on the grass as Sylvester runs up to him with a butterfly net raised in both arms, preparing to nab Tweety.  When the white plastic base is wound up, the musical revolves and plays Yellow Bird.  Both the rotation and musical mechanisms work just fine on this item.  Sylvester and Tweety are in NM+ condition, with a few very small areas of minor paint loss being their only flaw.  This item was manufactured in 1979 by Price as part of a collection of Looney Tunes character musicals, figurines, and bells.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) Christmas plate

  This is a 7.75" porcelain collector's plate showing Sylvester dressed as Santa Claus, who sits in a blue chair with child Tweety on his left knee, looking up at him.  The plate is in NM+ condition, and what appears in the photograph accompanying this description to be paint loss on the "T" and "M" is actually camera glare.  This plate was manufactured by Dave Grossman Designs in 1978.

  This is a very lightweight, thin, hollow plastic figure of Tweety and Sylvester, standing 6.25" tall.  Sylvester is shown with his arms raised over his head, licking his chops, as Tweety stands on his head with an innocent expression on his face as he holds a hammer.  The figure was manufactured by Wilton in 1978 and was meant to be used as a birthday cake decoration.  The item is free of damage and has only a few very small spots of minor paint wear on it.  Overall, this figure is in NM to NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) cookie jar

  This nifty item is a 12.5" ceramic cookie jar showing Tweety casually sitting on the perch of his white-and-pale-grey birdcage while Sylvester licks his chops . . . evilly watching Tweety from behind.  This item was manufactured in 1995 for distribution in the now-defunct Warner Brothers Studio Stores.  The cookie jar has no damage or problems of any kind, and is in virtually perfect condition.

  This is a 3.5" PVC figure showing Sylvester lovingly holding Tweety in his left hand, while wearing a white bib with a red heart on it.  The figure is from Tyco's 1994 Heart Throbs Figurines set of 10 Looney Tunes characters.  Sylvester and Tweety are in mint condition and they remain sealed inside of their clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on their original cardboard mounting card.  The mounting card has colorful graphics showing Tasmanian Devil in love, Bugs Bunny holding a valentine and a carrot, and Tweety exuding love as well.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) votive candle holder

  This is a 5.75" bisque votive candle holder of Sylvester and Tweety.  Sylvester is shown licking his chops and holding his arms up to his chest as Tweety hides from him behind a hollowed-out tree stump.  The tree stump is where the votive candle goes.   This item was manufactured in 1980 by CMA as part of a four-item set that also included Daffy Duck as Sherlock Holmes, Bugs Bunny with a pile of carrots, and the Road Runner by a cactus.  We have a few of the counterpart items in this set in stock at this time.  This particular item is in NM+ condition.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) picnic basket bank 

  This is an 8" hard vinyl bank showing Sylvester hiding inside of a tan "woven" picnic basket, beneath a blue-and-white checked tablecloth while Tweety awaits him above the basket's lid . . . with a mallet in hand.  The top of the mallet has the bank's coin slot and the original plastic stopper is intact underneath the bottom of the basket.  This item is undamaged but it does have some small spots of paint loss on the left side (shown in the photograph accompanying this description), leaving it in NM- condition.  It was manufactured in 1999 primarily for distribution in the now-defunct Warner Brothers Studio Stores.

  This is a 4.5" PVC figure showing Sylvester standing on a red plastic round pedestal, with Tweety in his left hand.  Tweety holds a small birthday cake in his right hand and a tiny red mallet behind his back in his left hand.  The black, block lettering caption on the front of the base says How about a Wittle Cake, Puddy Tat?  This item is in mint condition.  It was manufactured in 1994 by Applause as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character figures on bases, and we have a few of the counterpart items in stock at this time as well.

  This is a 3.5" ceramic (or glazed earthenware) coffee cup / mug featuring Sylvester and Tweety.  The mug has three large panel images of Sylvester laughing, against a green backdrop.  Between the images, against the blue backdrop, numerous images of a frolicking Tweety are provided.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Sakura in 1993.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) bank

  No, you are not seeing the colors wrong on this item--no need to adjust your tuning!  This is a neon pink version of Sylvester, holding a befuddled-looking Tweety in his left arm along with a bright orange baseball bat in his right hand.  This is a composition bank, standing 8.5" tall.  The coin slot is located on back, just below Sylvester's head, and the original generic black rubber stopper is present beneath his feet.  This item was manufactured in 1971 by Holiday Fair as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character banks, musicals, pencil sharpeners, lamps, bookends, staplers, and pencil holders.  (We have a few of the counterpart pieces in stock at this time, too.)  Sylvester and Tweety are free of damage and they have very little wear.  Overall, this item is in near mint condition.

  This is a 3.75" plastic alarm clock shaped like a hexagon, featuring Sylvester and Tweety on the front.  Sylvester gleefully reaches for Tweety, who glares back at him in anger.  The clock runs on electricity.  It is in mint, unused condition, and it remains sealed inside of its original packaging.  It was manufactured by Westclox in 1997.

SYLVESTER & TWEETY (Warner Brothers) -- cuckoo clock Christmas ornament

  This is a 5" resin Christmas ornament with some metal pieces (e.g., the chains and weight bars), featuring Sylvester and Tweety.  Tweety is shown as the cuckoo coming out of the German-style Bugs Bunny clock to demarcate the hour, and Sylvester is climbing onto the side of the clock, about to pounce on Tweety.  This cute item was manufactured by Matrix Industries in 1998 as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character ornaments.  It is in mint condition and comes with its original clear-plastic protective insert (not shown, but in nice condition) and its original box.

  This is a 5" mouth-blown glass Christmas ornament showing Sylvester dressed as Santa Claus, holding "child" Tweety by his left side.  The ornament is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original box, which is in nice condition overall, with some edge wear.  Sylvester and Tweety were manufactured by Santa's Best in 2001 as part of a small set of Warner Brothers cartoon character glass ornaments.

  This is a 3.75" vinyl squeak toy showing Sylvester's son, Sylvester Junior, coyly sitting with his hands clasped together between his knees, as he hunches forward and looks upward and toward his right side.  This item is in mint condition and remains sealed inside of its original packaging.  It was manufactured by Vo-Toys in 1995 as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes cartoon character dog toys.
