SNIDELY WHIPLASH (Jay Ward) bop bag

  This is a 15" vinyl inflatable bop bag of Snidely Whiplash, who is shown cowering evilly in his tall black top hat and his black outfit.  He has bright green skin and a curly moustache.  The background of the bop bag's front is blue and its rear is bright red.  This item was manufactured in 1982 and there is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made it.  Snidely Whiplash retains his air just fine and he is in mint condition.

SNIDELY WHIPLASH (Jay Ward) collector's glass -- smaller size

  This is a 5.25" thick (i.e., Brockway-style) collector's glass showing Snidely Whiplash twirling his black moustache with his left hand.  The glass has black lettering and a white Pepsi logo between the two images of Snidely.  It was released during the mid-1970s as part of a Pepsi Collector's Series of Jay Ward cartoon character glasses.   This particular one is in virtually perfect condition and it retains all of its original glossiness.

SNIDELY WHIPLASH (Jay Ward) bendy

    Here, we are offering a 4.75" rubber bendy of Snidely Whiplash, who is in mint, unused condition.  He wears a black suit, black shoes, and a tall black hat.  He has yellow eyes and pale white skin.  His original pose shows him waving with his left arm.  Snidely Whiplash was manufactured in 1972 by Wham-O as part of a complete collection of Jay Ward character bendies.  He comes inside of his original clear-plastic blisterpack and, best of all, on his original cardboard display card.  The mounting card has some creasing and waving to it, but it remains intact and generally in nice condition.  The packaging is an uncommon find, though, and makes a nice addition to this vintage item.  As you can see from the second image, we also have one of this item without its original packaging.  The loose one is undamaged and in NM+ condition, with minor paint wear on the tip of Snidely's nose.

SNIDELY WHIPLASH (Jay Ward) collector's glass

  This is a 6.25" Brockway-style (i.e., thick, tapered) collector's glass featuring two identical images of Snidely Whiplash, who is shown grinning evilly as he twirls his moustache with his left hand.  The glass has white lettering and a white Pepsi logo between the two images of Snidely Whiplash.  It was released sometime during the 1970s as part of a Pepsi Collector Series of Jay Ward cartoon character glasses.  This particular glass is in virtually perfect condition and retains all of its original glossiness.

SNIDELY WHIPLASH (Jay Ward) thin vinyl hand puppet & cardboard stand-up

  Both of these pieces are in mint, unused condition, and both originally came from TSR Inc.'s 1988 Bullwinkle and Rocky Role Playing Party Game.  On the left is a 10" ultra-thin vinyl/plastic hand puppet of Snidely Whiplash in his usual evil, grinning stance.  On the right is a cardboard stand-up.  On the front of the stand-up, Snidely's "green, unhealthy complexion" and "fiendish plans" are pointed out.  On the back, there are four categories of information about him:   "inventive genius," "plot devices," "mawkish sentimentality," and "useful sayings."  We have the entire set of hand puppets, the entire set of cardboard stand-ups, AND a complete version of the party game in stock at this time.

SNIFFLES (Warner Brothers) pot metal bank -- beside barrel

  This is a 5.5" pot metal bank showing Sniffles standing atop a green rectangular base beside a tall barrel.  The base bears his name in red raised-relief lettering.  Sniffles was manufactured by Moss Metal Company during the 1940s as part of a larger set of banks, pencil holders, and bookends that featured Bugs Bunny, Beaky Buzzard, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig, and Sniffles each standing beside a short tree stump, a tall tree trunk, a halved tree drunk, a washtub, or a barrel.  This Sniffles is in NM- condition, with a few small spots of paint loss on his nose, fingertips, and right shoe.  The original coin trap is no longer present underneath the barrel.

SNIFFLES (Warner Brothers) planter

  This wonderful find is a 4.5" ceramic planter showing Sniffles sitting sideways on a grassy area in front of a cream-colored "wooden" fence.  The fence serves as the planter's open area for placement of the plants.  This item dates to the 1940s and was manufactured by Shaw / American Pottery.  It retains its original blue-and-silver foil copyright sticker.  Sniffles has one small spot of missed paint/glaze on his right pants leg (visible in the photograph accompanying this description), one mark on the front of his yellow cap, and one fleabite on the back of the fence.  Otherwise, he is in fantastic condition -- no worse than EX+ to NM- overall.

SNIFFLES (Warner Brothers) pot metal bank -- by tall tree

  This is a 5.5" pot metal bank showing Sniffles standing on a green rectangular base beside a tall tree trunk.  The top of the tree has the coin slot, and the original metal stopper is missing.  This item has a few tiny spots of minor paint loss, the most consequential of which is on the tip of Sniffles' nose.  Overall, other than the missing coin trap, this item is in NM- condition.  It was manufactured during the mid-1940s by Moss Metal Company along with Bugs Bunny, Beaky Buzzard, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, and Daffy Duck counterparts.  Each character in the set was paired either with a tall tree trunk, a short tree stump, a washtub, a barrel, or a halved tree trunk.

  This colorful item is a 6.25" ceramic figurine showing Sniffles standing with both arms extended outward, downward, and sideways from his body.  He wears a pastel yellow hat and matching gloves, an orange scarf with green polka dots, green pants with matching suspenders, and flesh-colored shoes.  This item was manufactured by Shaw / American Pottery during the mid-1940s as part of a larger collection of Looney Tunes character figurines.  Sniffles is in near mint condition, with some minor paint wear on the fingers of his right hand and some on the underside rim of his left shoe being his only flaws.

  This is a 5.5" pot metal figure of Sniffles, who stands on a green rectangular base beside a wooden washtub.  He wears a blue hat and matching pants, a green shirt, a red scarf, and brown shoes.  This item was manufactured during the 1940s by Moss Metal Company along with Bugs Bunny, Beaky Buzzard, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig, and Daffy Duck counterparts, each of whom was paired with a washtub, a barrel, a tall tree stump, a short tree stump, and a halved tree trunk.  Sniffles is undamaged and in EX+ condition overall.  His only flaw is some minor paint loss on his face, fingers, arm, and base, all of which takes the form of very small dots of paint loss.

SNIFFLES (Warner Brothers) ceramic figurine -- sitting, facing right

  This is a 3.25" ceramic figurine of Sniffles, who is one of two variations that Shaw / American Pottery released during the mid-1940s.  In this variation, Sniffles sits with his legs extended out in front of him, resting his weight on his arms, as he looks off toward his right side.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.

SNIFFLES (Warner Brothers) pot metal pencil holder -- short tree stump

  This is a 5.5" pot metal pencil holder (or paper clip holder, or some other such thing) showing Sniffles perched atop a green rectangular base, beside a short tree stump.  The base bears his name in raised capital letters.  Sniffles himself wears a grey hat, a green shirt, a red necktie, grey pants, and brown shoes.  This item was manufactured by Moss Metal Company during the 1940s as part of a larger set that included Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Beaky Buzzard, and Porky Pig, all of whom were shown standing beside a barrel (bank), a tall tree trunk (bank), a short tree stump (pencil holder), a washtub (pencil holder), or two halved tree trunks (bookends).  This one has some paint flaking on the top of the green base and minor paint loss otherwise, leaving Sniffles in EX+ to NM- condition.

SNIFFLES (Warner Brothers) Shaw / American Pottery figurine -- larger size, sitting

  This is a 5" ceramic figurine of Sniffles, who is shown sitting with his legs spread wide apart. He wears a pastel yellow hat, a pastel orange shirt, a pastel orange tie with polka dots, pastel green overalls, and pastel orange shoes with black accents on the soles. This item is in nearly perfect condition and it retains its original blue-and-silver manufacturer’s foil sticker on the underside. Sniffles was manufactured by Shaw / American Pottery during the mid-1940s as part of a larger collection of Warner Brothers cartoon character figurines, vases, and planters. Two sizes of this figurine were manufactured, and this happens to be the larger of the two.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) push-up pictures dog house

  This is a 3.75" plastic toy of Snoopy's dog house.  On the back of the house, there are three red levers.  When the levers are lowered, all we see is the dog house.  When they are raised, each one pops up a different picture from the top of the dog house roof.  One image shows Snoopy and Woodstock dancing together; another shows Snoopy as the Flying Ace; the other shows Snoopy sleeping at night on his dog house roof.  The copyright information does not indicate who manufactured this item, which probably was made within the past few years.  It is undamaged and in perfect working condition, with minor spots of paint loss along some of the roof's corners.  Overall, this toy is in NM to NM+ condition.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) Christmas ornament -- Scotland / bagpipes

  This fun item is a 2.75" ceramic Christmas ornament showing Snoopy as a Scottish bagpipes player.  He wears a black tam with a red knob on top, a black jacket, and a red-and-pale-green kilt.  He holds his yellow-and-brown bagpipes off to his left side.  This ornament is in virtually perfect condition and retains its original green paper copyright sticker underneath Snoopy's feet.  For some reason, the manufacturer neglected to insert the metallic hanging loop on top of Snoopy's head on this item.  Originally, this item was made during the later 1970s as part of a nation-themed set of Snoopy ornaments.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) Christmas ornament -- in chimney

  This is a 2.75" ceramic Christmas ornament showing Snoopy as Santa Claus.  He is wearing a Santa hat on his head and is popping up from the top of a red chimney, with a green toy sack with a yellow-and-red gift in it slung over his left shoulder.  This item is in mint condition and is still sealed inside of its original plastic protective insert and contained within its original box.  The plastic insert is intact, with a few minor indentations on it; and the box is also intact with part of the original price sticker remaining on the upper right-hand corner of the front side.  This ornament was manufactured by Union Wadding Company during the early 1990s as part of a larger Snoopy ornament collection, a few others of which we also have in stock at this time.

  This is a 4.25" flat wooden Christmas ornament showing Snoopy asleep atop his yellow dog house with the red roof.  The roof has three Christmas stockings on it and is marked Merry Christmas 1977 in black, block lettering.  This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original packaging.  Snoopy was manufactured for Determined as part of the Dupont Collection, which consisted of several Peanuts character wooden ornaments.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) airplane squeak toy

  This is a 4" tall by 5.75" long vinyl squeak toy, showing Snoopy as the Flying Ace in the cockpit of his airplane.  The airplane is white with pale blue accents and a red propeller in front, and Snoopy wears a brown scarf and a matching aviator's cap on his head.  When squeezed, this item gives off a gentle squeaking sound.  It was manufactured by Danara during the 1970s as part of a Snoopy transportation series of squeak toys.  (We also have the roadster and motorboat from this series in stock at this time, too.)  Snoopy is undamaged and has only minor paint loss, leaving him in no worse than near mint condition.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) trophy -- think the world of you

  This is a 5" plastic trophy showing Snoopy casually walking along with his red dog dish on his head, holding a globe in front of him.  The black caption on the metallic face plate on the front of the trophy's black rectangular base says I think the WORLD of you!  This item is in NM+ condition.  It retains its original red felt protective undercovering and its original foil manufacturer's label.  Snoopy was manufactured by Aviva sometime during the 1970s.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) mini-pencil cup

  This is a 2.5" ceramic miniature pencil cup, featuring a standing Snoopy.  He is waving with his right arm and has a red pencil cup that says Everybody loves a winner on it in white lettering.  This item retains its original pencils, which are virtually never found with this item, and its original box.  The box is in EX+ condition, with minor edge wear.  Snoopy himself is in mint condition and the pencils are still sealed inside of their original cellophane bag.  This item was manufactured by Butterfly Originals during the 1970s or early 1980s.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) Mother's Day 1981 plate

  This is a 7.5" porcelain collector's plate showing Snoopy as the Flying Ace sitting atop his red dog house roof (or should we say Sopwith Camel?).  Behind him, in white and peach-colored clouds, Snoopy has sky-written Mom in large billowy clouds.  This plate is in mint condition and it comes with its original certificate of authenticity and its original box.  The box is intact but it has two pieces of original tape remnants on the bottom as well as numerous small spots on the cover.  This item was manufactured in 1981 by Schmid to commemorate Mother's Day.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) terry cloth doll -- train engineer

  This tough-to-find item is an 8.25" tall, thick, foam-stuffed terry cloth doll showing Snoopy wearing a train conductor's outfit.  It includes a turquoise engineer's cap with black stripes, matching overalls, an orange neckerchief with black polka dots, and a yellow star badge on his chest.  This item is in mint condition, still sealed inside of its original packaging.  It was manufactured during the 1970s by Determined as part of its Peanuts character Playpen Pal collection.  (We have several of the other items in this set in stock at this time, too.)

SNOOPY (Peanuts) trophy -- feeling better

  This is a 5" plastic trophy showing Snoopy standing atop a black rectangular base with a metallic face plate on it.  He is dressed like a surgeon, wearing light blue scrubs and a matching hat.  The caption on the metallic face plate says I hope you're feeling better!  This item is in NM- to NM condition, with several speckles of paint loss on Snoopy's snout and some minor surface wear on the metallic face plate being the item's main detractions.  The original felt protective undercovering is present underneath the trophy's base.  Snoopy was manufactured by Aviva sometime during the 1970s.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) bank -- on watermelon

  During the 1970s, several Snoopy theme series banks were released, each showing him perched atop anywhere from four to six items in the theme.  Among others, these themes included junk food, fruit, transportation, money, sports, and occupations.  This 4" composition bank comes from the fruit series (which also included an apple, an orange, a banana, and a strawberry) and shows Snoopy sleeping with his legs crossed in the middle of a watermelon slice.  The reverse side of the bank has its seeds painted black, and the original rubber stopper is present underneath the bank.  There is no indication anywhere on this item as to who made it.  Snoopy is undamaged and paint wear is very minimal, leaving the bank in NM+ condition.  Snoopy's previous owner put two small strips of well-matching green felt on the underside of the bank, to protect the tabletop surface on which Snoopy was perched.  We have left those intact, but they can be removed if his new owner wants to do that.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) hero figure

  This uncommon find is a 2.5" hollow blown-plastic figure showing Snoopy proudly standing and wearing a red hero medallion with a blue ribbon dangling from it.  The figure is undamaged and in no worse than near mint condition, with light wear on the front of the hero medallion being the item's only flaw.  There is no indication on this item's copyright information as to who made it or when it was manufactured, although in all likelihood, Snoopy dates to the early 1970s.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) soaper set

  Kenner manufactured this Snoopy soaper set in 1975.  It is made of plastic and stands 9.5" tall.  It features Snoopy as the Clean Hands Inspector, perched atop a soap dispenser.  This item is in mint condition and, best of all, comes with its original box AND its original soap refill box.  The soap refill box is sealed and full.  The item's box is complete and in VG+ to EX- condition.  It has some edge and flap wear from being opened and closed over the years, and there is one tear in the paper litho on the front of the box, as shown in the picture.  Although it is not shown in this picture, this item also comes with its original instruction booklet, which is in great shape and features numerous images of Charlie Brown and Lucy using their Snoopy soaper.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) Christmas ornament -- driving locomotive

  This is a 2.5" ceramic Christmas ornament showing Snoopy wearing a Santa Claus hat as he drives a black locomotive with a green cab and red wheels.  This ornament retains its original green string hanging cord and is in nearly perfect condition.  It was manufactured sometime during the early 1980s and Snoopy's copyright information does not indicate who made him.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) World Tour I figure -- New Zealand

  In 1998, McDonald's fast food restaurants released a set of 28 Snoopy World Tour figures, each made of plastic, most with some movable part of the body, and each featuring Snoopy dressed in the attire of the country or culture he was visiting at the time.  We have several of these figures in stock at this time, including this one featuring him as Snoopy from New Zealand.  This item is 3.25" tall and shows Snoopy wearing a red scalp-fitting helmet and a red vest, as he holds onto a yellow double-sided oar/paddle in his extended left arm.  It is in mint condition and, although not shown in the picture, it comes with its opened original package.   We also have a number of the smaller, all-vinyl Snoopy World Tour II figures in stock, many of which resemble the World Tour I figures but in smaller form.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) bank – sleeping on basketball

  This is a 5" composition bank showing Snoopy contentedly sleeping atop a basketball. He wears a blue jersey with a yellow numeral 8 on it, a red dog collar, and yellow wristbands. The bank’s coin slot is located beside Snoopy’s right arm and a generic white stopper is present beneath the bank. This item is undamaged and in NM+ condition. It was manufactured sometime during the later 1970s as part of the Snoopy sports bank series, which also included him with a baseball, a soccer ball, and a bowling ball.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) Hallmark ornament -- A Charlie Brown Christmas

  This is a 2.25" lightweight resin Christmas ornament showing Snoopy wearing a tall black top hat with a yellow band, a green muffler, and a red shirt.  The ornament is in mint condition and it comes with its original box, which is generally in nice condition as well.  Snoopy was released as part of a four-ornament set in 1995.  He was manufactured by Hallmark as part of its A Charlie Brown Christmas ornament set.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) white car rolling toy

  This is a 3.5" tall by 3.25" long plastic rolling toy of Snoopy, who is shown driving the number 3 Snoopy white convertible car, with red tires and blue bumpers.  This is one of many Peanuts character rolling toys that Aviva manufactured during the 1970s, and is one of several that we have in stock at this time.  The Snoopy figure is removable and could be interchanged easily with the other toys in this set.  This item is complete and undamaged, and the rolling action works just fine.  All three of the original decals are present and all three of them have some wear.  Both of Snoopy's ears have paint loss, as you can see in the picture.  Overall, this item is in EX condition.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) squeak toy -- policeman

  Although this rubber squeak toy of Snoopy resembles the one that Danara manufactured during the 1970s, this one is actually larger (5.25" tall) and is a much rarer South American import.  It shows him dressed in a blue policeman's uniform, complete with hat, black necktie, gold belt, and gold badge.  When squeezed, Snoopy gives off a hearty squeaking sound.  He is undamaged and in NM to NM+ condition.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) motorized toy -- in train engine

  This nifty toy features Snoopy as a locomotive engineer, driving a red plastic train with yellow smokestack and yellow wheels.  It is called a motorized toy, what most people call a friction toy, with large back wheels to "catch" and propel the item when it is revved on a hard, flat surface.  This item was manufactured during the 1970s by Aviva as part of a four-item set that also included Snoopy on a dog house mobile, rowing a rowboat, and driving a yellow taxi.  The toy appears to be unused, with no wear whatsoever visible on the item . . . although for some unknown reason the front wheels are missing.  Go figure!  Snoopy comes with his original box, which is in NM- condition, with some edge wear but no damage.  The train itself is approximately 2.75" tall.

  This is a 5.25" plastic trophy showing a jubilant dancing Snoopy carrying a basket of colorful flowers.  The black caption on the metallic face plate on the front of the black, rectangular base says Thinking about you makes my whole day!  This item was manufactured by Aviva sometime during the 1970s.  It retains its original gold foil copyright sticker and its original red felt protective undercovering.  This item is in nearly perfect condition, other than some minor age-related yellowing of the plastic.

  This is a 1" enameled metal lapel stick pin showing Snoopy as a skier.  he wears a red ski cap, yellow goggles, a black ski sweater, and stands on black skis.  They rest on a rectangular base saying Pat's Peak in gold lettering.  This item is in mint condition.  The copyright information does not indicate who made this item or when it was manufactured, but it probably dates to the 1980s or 1990s.

  This is a 4.75" vinyl squeak toy showing Snoopy as a golfer.  He wears a red baseball cap and a matching dog collar, and is shown standing with a grey golf club off toward his right side.  When squeezed, Snoopy gives off a gentle squeaking sound.  He was manufactured by Danara sometime during the earlier 1980s.  There is a small hole on the tip of Snoopy's nose and no paint wear anywhere on this toy, leaving Snoopy in Good condition overall.

  This is a 4.25" tall by 5.25" long composition bank showing Snoopy driving a red convertible named the Racer.  He wears a blue baseball cap backwards on his head and a green neckerchief around his neck.  This bank's coin slot is located on Snoopy's right and the original generic black rubber stopper is missing underneath the car.  This item was manufactured during the 1970s as part of the Snoopy transportation series, which also included a yellow Express truck, a green Express truck, a blue convertible, an orange airplane, and a yellow motorboat.  (We have several of these in stock at this time.)  This item has a 1/4x1/2" indentation in the composition near the front left headlight (shown in the picture).  This bank has no chips, cracks, or hairlines anywhere on it, and paint loss is very minimal.  Overall, Snoopy is in EX+ condition.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) squeak toy -- as sheriff

  This is a 5.75" vinyl squeak toy of Snoopy the sheriff, manufactured by Danara during the 1970s.  It shows Snoopy wearing a red cowboy hat, a red neckerchief, a golden brown vest, a golden brown belt, and a golden brown gun belt with holsters.  When squeezed, this item gives off a gentle squeaking sound.  It is free of damage but has some paint wear on Snoopy's nose and right ear, and one black mark on the side of his nose.   Overall, it is in EX to EX+ condition.  When originally distributed, this item was one of several squeak toy variations that Danara released featuring Snoopy . . . one as a farmer, one as a policeman, one as a mailman, one plain figure, one as an Indian, and so forth.  We have several of these in stock at this time.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) flat wooden Christmas ornament -- soccer player

  This is a 3.5" flat wooden Christmas ornament showing Snoopy leaning back as he kicks a soccer ball with his left foot.  He wears a green shirt, a red dog collar, and red shorts.  This ornament is in mint condition and it retains its original red ribbon hanging loop.  Snoopy was manufactured by Kurt Adler sometime during the 2000s as part of a much larger set of Peanuts character flat wooden Christmas ornaments.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) jointed vinyl figure

  This is an 8.5" jointed vinyl Snoopy figure with black plush ears and a white plush tail.   Snoopy's arms and legs are movable and his head swivels.  He was manufactured during the 1970s or early 1980s by Determined.  Snoopy has no damage anywhere on him and has minor paint loss on his nose.  He also has a few very small, minor, light marks on his vinyl.  Overall, he is in NM- to NM condition.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) zippered pouch -- football player

  This is a felt zippered showing Snoopy as a football player.  He wears a blue football helmet and a red dog collar, and is shown holding a football underneath his left arm.  The pouch is red in color with three felt autumn leaves on it.  This item is 11" in diameter and was manufactured by Simon Simple Originals in 1971.  This item retains its original manufacturer's label, which is in great shape and sewn securely into the side of the pouch.  The item's only flaw is the missing tip of the yellow felt leaf in front of Snoopy's snout, as seen in the picture.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) World Tour figure -- Peru

  This colorful item is a 3.25" jointed plastic figure depicting Snoopy wearing Peruvian attire, including a red, yellow, and green poncho, a matching hat, cream-colored shorts, and black shoes.  In his left hand, he holds a pan flute.  Snoopy was manufactured in 1999 as part of a 28-item set of World Tour figures, released by McDonald's fast food restaurants.  He is in virtually perfect condition.

SNOOPY (Peanuts) Christmas ornament -- playing cello

  This is a 2.5" ceramic Christmas ornament showing Snoopy happily playing a cello.  The ornament is in nearly perfect condition, other than the absence of the original green paper copyright sticker on the underside.  It retains its original blue string hanging loop.  Snoopy was manufactured sometime during the 1970s and there is no indication anywhere on him as to who made him.

  This is a 5.25" ceramic bank, showing Snoopy seated with his legs extended in front of him.  He has a sweet smile on his face and his arms rest by his sides.  The coin slot is located behind his head and the original generic black rubber stopper is no longer present.  This item has no damage anywhere on it and is in very nice condition.
